I do not recommend this clinic. I contacted them because I currently have a temporary crown placed at another clinic, and I wanted to replace it with a permanent crown since I’ve had it for too long and my tooth has started to hurt. First of all, communication is very difficult because they reply reluctantly, ignore the client, or read messages without responding. Eventually, I was told that the clinic would not make a crown for me because my current temporary crown was done at another clinic. It is a scandal that a clinic would refuse to perform a service, especially when they charge money for it and profit from patients.

Our team recommended that you schedule a direct consultation with the dentist to receive accurate and appropriate information.
As you continued to send numerous questions and pressured our staff for immediate responses, we attempted to provide further clarification by sending a voice message via WhatsApp. However, you declined the call and informed us that you do not speak English.
After an initial assessment, our clinic determined that we are unable to continue treatment that was started elsewhere and recommended that you continue treatment at your original clinic for better results. Unfortunately, you responded with inappropriate and offensive language.
