I've been a dental practitioner here since I was young, until I'm nearing retirement. I grew up with Dr. Mongkol's business. He was a very skilled and kind doctor.
The dentist was very gentle; my teeth went into place very quickly.

Very bad experience. Consulted with an older male orthodontist. He spoke harshly. When asked anything, he answered rudely, as if he didn't want to answer. He had no manners. We talked for less than 10 minutes and was about to ask more when the doctor walked out of the room without saying anything. The sales person couldn't answer some of my questions and said that I should ask the doctor about this. I was very confused because I was already here to ask the doctor. And the doctor walked out of the room and never came back. It was like when I walked in, I heard the doctor say that he had a haircut appointment or something. He was very rude. If you're not free, don't accept the appointment. It was like he was asking for a free consultation, even though I paid 500 baht. Other places offer consultations that are almost free or less than 100 baht. Very confusing. The receptionist looked unfriendly when she paid. This place is very bad. I will definitely not go back. I felt very disappointed.
