The staff at the Bangna branch are completely incompetent. It's your responsibility to provide all information to patients; you can't just blame the customer for not understanding. My whole family has been patients here for 10 years, but I'm saying goodbye today. I'm fed up with all the frustrating conversations.
I took advantage of the promotion for 9,900 baht for tartar + whitening + X-ray. It was great.
The counter staff provided good service and were polite. Each doctor was very nice, friendly, and very skilled.
The admin responded to my chat very quickly. The staff provided excellent service. I came in for a consultation about clear aligners, and the admin booked my appointment and coordinated everything very promptly. The doctor gave excellent advice.

The worst dental clinic ever. The dentist doesn't care about the customer at all. Both the dentist and the receptionist have no service mind. They only want the money. Even when I complained about the dentist to the receptionist, they didn't respond at all and only asked for money without any apology. It's the worst dental clinic ever. Nobody cares about the customers.
Really bad service, feels like they’re baiting for money and doesn’t care for the patients. I got damon braces and 2 composite veneers done here, and the finished product was quite disappointing. I got a gap in my front teeth and the dentist shaved one of my teeth down unannounced, resulting in a third veneer procedure (which I didn’t do). The front desk staff have a notorious reputation for poor service, and I tried to smile and be polite, but the staff, especially the overweight female cashier, were very emotional. I will never come back here again. The staff constantly gossip about clients behind their backs.
This dental clinic is quite large, almost like a smaller medical facility. Located in the Bang Na area, it has two floors, is spacious and comfortable, and has parking at the back. There weren't many patients, all presumably by appointment, making it feel relatively empty. The service was okay, average. The dentist did a good job. I think I'll be back for more visits.
I came here for fillings and teeth cleaning, and the care was excellent. The place is spacious and clean, the staff are polite, and there's plenty of parking.
All I can say is BE CAREFUL, their after service help is really really bad and so are their dental work. Especially if you ar a foreigner and knowing that you will probably not spend money to come back. Did dental implants which started giving me problems within 2 months after completion. This place looks modern and clean, but it is a tourist trap, they cater a package and try to hook foreigners to pay 10,000THB at the initial consultation, which includes; consultation fee, sterilization fee, OPG X-ray, Cone bean CT Scan, medication etc...... out of the door, without any clear plan set out on the paper, or outlined the list of fees in details on the paper, they lured me in for taking X-ray and the CT Scan, as I already brought in and show him my current X-ray, then they asked me to pay for the whole package, I didn’t agree, in the end they charged me 6,050THB, and issued me the invoice in THAI, this charge was different to what they quoted to me in the email. This is what is so called international clinic, the staff there couldn’t speak English or very little english. Dr Mongol tried to offer me 7 inplants and bone graft all on my lower jaw in one surgery, I wasn’t sure how I’m going to eat after all, everything was not clearly and formally outlined, I felt so much pressure, the whole consultation was nonsense, I was wondering halfway through the treatment, if he wanted to blackmail me for more money, or otherwise he would stop offering treatment to me, I would die in his hands. Don’t be fooled by those professional photos on the websites, they’re targeting on foreigners’ pocket.

I am a patient of Dr. Mongkol, having braces and dental implants. Dr. Mongkol gave excellent advice. The implant procedure was painless. The dental equipment is modern and looks very high-end. The prices here are reasonable considering the quality and service received. That's why my whole family comes here for dental treatment.

I had 14 veneers done by Dr A at BFC 2 years ago. Very reasonable price about US$70 each tooth. Painless, took 3 hours first day for top set, 2 hours next day for bottom set.
