d severe inflammation, bleeding, and ongoing pain. I remained at the clinic for over three hours attempting to reach a resolution in good faith. Despite knowing that I was traveling in a couple days, the clinic's only proposal was for me to return for refilling once the area healed — something their own dentist admitted would take several days, making it medically and logistically impossible. Rather than taking accountability for clear provider error, BFC Dental refused to reimburse the cost of corrective treatment at another clinic, citing "company policy." This response disregards basic standards of professional responsibility and patient care. I have since filed formal complaints with both the Dental Council of Thailand and the Office of the Consumer Protection Board, citing provider negligence, unprofessional conduct, and failure to remedy damage caused during treatment. Patients deserve transparency, competence, and accountability — qualities that were entirely absent in my experience with BFC Dental.

recommend going to another clinic. The wait is long, even though I was referred on Saturday. Today is Friday. Shouldn't they come to see the film while the patient is waiting in the examination room? It's a full hour's waste.

rescheduling. Finally, they tried to charge extra. Shouldn't they have discussed this properly first? It seems the doctor doesn't care about low-income patients. Instead of planning to have my dental work done there for life, after this experience, I'm done with them forever. (I'm posting this not to damage the clinic's reputation; it's a genuinely good clinic. But I want to warn the doctor that this kind of behavior is unacceptable. Even if they don't pay you a lot, you're still making a living off their teeth, and all patients have feelings, not just those who pay more.) Those who are reviewing here also received a discount.
