I recently had all-on-6 implant surgery performed by Dr. Jacky (Dr. Manapat Thaveeprungsiporn). He did an excellent job. Surgery went smoothly with no pain or discomfort. I had braces here, but my teeth keep hitting each other when I eat. I've had it fixed once already, but it's still happening. The only thing they can do is just grind my teeth down.
I want an honest review. I had dental implants done in October 2023. After only 6 months, the abutment screw came loose. It was still under warranty, but there was a 7500 baht charge for opening the wound. I was shocked, but I paid to avoid trouble. Then, less than two months after the screw was reattached, it broke again!!! I repeat, it broke in less than a year!!! When I went back to get it…

I politely asked if they could respond via LINE instead, she said “OK wait a Moment” and never responded the LINE message. Given the strong recommendations and positive reviews about the dentists, I expected a more professional and organized front-desk experience. First impressions matter, and unfortunately this was not a good start. I hope the clinic can improve their communication and customer service, as it plays a big role in building trust with new patients.
