I later learned they cemented all ten crowns in under 30 minutes – even though one should take that long. It was rushed, careless, and brutal. The crowns were too tight and poorly shaped. Dr. Ismail Kargin forced them onto my natural teeth, which had been filed down. I now believe this fractured or damaged my tooth stumps. Since then, I’ve suffered from pressure, pain, foul taste and smell, and I can’t chew with them. Two canines are clicking and feel loose. Even worse, zirconia is opaque, so X-rays can’t show the damage underneath. The only way to know what’s happening is to remove the crowns which means more drilling, more pain, more risk. Now, my gums are in terrible condition, and food gets stuck between the crowns and gums every time I eat. It’s disgusting and painful. I’m terrified I will lose all ten front teeth which were originally healthy due to this botched job. Beyazada Clinic offers a “5-year warranty,” but it’s clearly fake. They have ignored all my messages for over 4 months, despite me even saying I’d return to fix the issue though I no longer trust Dr. Kargin and fear what he might do. Still, no response. No accountability. Please think twice before going to this clinic. If something goes wrong, you’ll be left alone, with rotting teeth, no support, and no way out. Don’t fall for their fake reviews or promises. Avoid Beyazada Clinic and Dr. Ismail Kargin. Your health and smile are worth more. -Ekaterina

One of the crowns even cracked due to the tight fit and has since darkened in color. In the end, I had no choice but to accept these crowns just to return home. Despite these clear issues, the clinic refused to take responsibility and only offered a €100 discount, which is half the cost of just one crown, even though I had ten crowns in total. Now, I am faced with the need to replace five crowns due to poor fit and misalignment, yet the clinic continues to deny responsibility or offer any compensation for their mistakes. The clinic offers a "convenient" five-year warranty on the treatment, but in reality, they take no responsibility for their work or the crowns once the foreign client has made the payment and left the country. The warranty ends immediately at that point. What is even more troubling is the behavior of Dr. Ismail Kargin. He became aggressive, kicked me out of the treatment room, and left me with exposed teeth for hours. The clinic manager, Dmitry, instead of offering any help, bragged about mistreating other dissatisfied clients. He also misinterpreted my words to Dr. Kargin, which created unnecessary tension and made the situation more stressful. His lack of emotional intelligence was evident. Since returning home, I have tried to contact the clinic multiple times via phone, email, and WhatsApp, but they have ignored and even blocked me on all communication. This is completely unacceptable. It seems the clinic is more focused on responding to reviews on platforms like Trustpilot than addressing official complaints sent through email. I urge anyone considering this clinic to think twice before making any decisions.
