Dr. Rybicki is a fantastic surgeon. Always with a smile and empathy. I came to him when another surgeon wanted to remove half of my teeth and immediately assumed that the lesion that had spread into the bone (after previous root canal treatment) was definitely dangerous; in fact, they even called it cancer. Dr. Rybicki quickly addressed the issue and performed the procedure professionally. I didn't lose half my teeth, and after a biopsy, the lesion turned out to be a simple, harmless cyst. Previously, I had been told in various offices that my teeth were hopeless (I also had two teeth that were not erupted and were impacted in the bone). For Dr. Rybicki, I was a simple case. I highly recommend the BETTER office and I regret not having been there from the beginning. Unfortunately, I had to go through doctors I'd rather forget. So, if you're looking for a reliable doctor who really knows what he's doing, knows how to do it, and most importantly, enjoys what he does and likes his patients (and has a lot of patience with them, I know what I'm saying, because I'm a terrible panic-monger 😉) - go straight here! 😉 BETTER is the BEST 🤍

I visit the BETTER clinic regularly – I recommend dental hygiene with Ms. Lena. Recently, I brought my four- and five-year-old boys for their first visit. I advise against it. The doctor is terribly patronizing and superior, suggesting orthognathic surgery under the National Health Fund (NFZ) after I booked 20,000 PLN for services at his clinic. He probably thinks his patients are idiots, because during today's appointment (December 23, 2025), he explained that the need for these services stems from the fact that the National Health Fund (NFZ) was established in 1992 and provides the same services as in 1992. Then a long lecture about how bad the National Health Fund is, and private practice is a different story...

I don't know if it was a clinic or a luxury spa for people with oral health issues. You arrive stressed, and you leave... toothless, but with a new personality. The staff—gold! Smiling, calm, and so professional that I started to wonder if this wasn't the set of the movie "Dr. House – Premium Edition." And the anesthesia itself? Let me put it this way: if someone's looking for a quick break from reality, I recommend it more than a city break in Lisbon (just kidding). Three seconds after the connection—poof, the lights go out, blissful peace sets in, and... then all you hear is: "Mrs. Nawojko, it's all over!" And me? I thought I was just getting started! When I woke up, I felt like I'd had the best after-party: a bit disoriented and wondering if someone had accidentally taken my wisdom teeth as a trophy. In summary: 🔹 Service – 10/10 (warmer than an electric blanket) 🔹 Anesthesia – 11/10 (Netflix could learn some narration) 🔹 Comfort – 9/10 (no drink with an umbrella afterward – a minor minus) 🔹 End result – no wisdom teeth, but huge respect for the surgeon and a slight crush on the anesthesiologist 😅 I recommend this to anyone who wants to get rid of their teeth and simultaneously regain their faith in healthcare.
