My wife and I (tourists) visited for a scale and polish. Price was quoted between 700-1000 baht. We were both charged 1000. I do t have a problem with the price paid as it was significantly cheaper than what it would cost at home. The service received was of a far lower quality than what I would have received at home however. The entire session lasted 10 minutes. The session included a general scale and then a general polish. Not much time was spent on each individual tooth (no flossing) and the procedure was somewhat painful. Both my wife and my own gums bled quite a bit. The service overall was ok, my teeth were cleaner when I left than when I went in but I'm afraid that - based on both of our experiences - this is not a place I would recommend. 6.5/10
