Excellent dental clinic! I've had several types of dental treatments done there. And I've also had cosmetic treatments (facial harmonization). The service from Dr. Alan and Dr. Jocilene is excellent, as they are very attentive.

Excellent service. I have nothing to complain about, only gratitude to the excellent professionals who are always striving to improve and specialize. They seek solutions effectively without wasting time. I am very satisfied and loving the progress of my case.
My treatment is ongoing (FUNBEN), all appointments were made online, or in person at the end of the appointment, and confirmed by the attendants hours before the scheduled time. I believe that the previous complaints contributed to the improvement of services, considering that I had no difficulty in being attended to.

Terrible service for public employees. And they only offer one day a month for scheduling appointments. I've never seen that with another plan. And they don't answer the phone. e becomes inoperative, and we, the plan payers, have to rely on luck to get through when the line isn't busy. There have been days when I've spent over an hour trying to call and it's always busy. If this service were provided via WhatsApp or email, we wouldn't have this problem.

Appointments for FUNBEN employees are made on the 25th of each month or the next business day if it falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, by calling (98) 32321780/ 984760190 or in person. Due to the high volume of calls, service via WhatsApp and email would be very slow. Due to the pandemic, appointments have had to be spaced out more for user safety, naturally increasing waiting times. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
Receptionists provide terrible service and there are long waits to schedule appointments for state employees.

A pediatric dentist who has no patience with a nervous child is the height of absurdity. The nervousness was because a tooth was going to be extracted; besides, even adults get nervous. The dentist in question was not a pediatric dentist. At the parents' insistence, he attempted the procedure, and because the child was very nervous, he suggested having a pediatric dentist do it. This was because the day the child was brought in was not a pediatric dentistry appointment.
