They advertise opening hours but are never there. I've come twice at different times, as they requested, and still no one is home. It's a complete waste of time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM NOW OR EVER.

It wasn't something I was thrilled about (nobody thinks about improving their smile by extracting a tooth), but given the crowding I had and the doctor's explanations, I felt confident and it seemed logical. Furthermore, Carlos told me that removing a tooth would be an improvement not only aesthetically, but also functionally. After more than a year with them, I'm very happy with the result. I also love their service: they're friendly, approachable, and always have a great attitude. (The receptionists are lovely!) I also had a cosmetic procedure done by Dr. Laura, who is charming and incredibly careful. I was never a fan of dentists; I've had bad experiences and always had that fear of pain, whether it was in my mouth or my wallet. But thanks to them, that's changed. If you want to improve the appearance of your smile, I recommend them (even if they suggest extracting a tooth, if that's the case). Thanks for everything, team.
Extremely disappointed! I was having a great experience with this clinic until they told me that my invisalign treatment was fine, and I can get veneers in march 2025. I would just need more retainers for the bottom of the teeth and then return in march to get the top veneers done. n March, of course I am entitled to update the bonding on my teeth without issue, especially if he said I only need retainers for my bottom teeth. Suddenly, according to them, the treatment was suddenly NOT done and said that I need retainers for top and bottom teeth. I put it down to language barrier, although I was super annoyed about this very clear mistake - I decided to let it slide and come up with a solution with Carlos to try and get new retainers to finish my treatment. Guess what? Ghosted. I have not heard from him. I have paid close to 3000 euros to have this treatment done and he cannot even admit to his mistake and reply to my messages to try and find a solution. This is essentially daylight robbery. I would not recommend and will not be giving this clinic another penny. Carlos and team, I really hope you find better ways to treat your clients who are spending 2k + on your services. This is insanity.

TMJ problems, which sometimes caused me to crunch when eating. You also don't lose enamel, which filing them down would. Also, since I have small teeth, it wasn't a good idea for aesthetic reasons and because of the potential for tooth sensitivity. I completed the treatment in a year, much faster than if I had opted for the more conservative solution of filing teeth. Now my mouth has good occlusion and looks very good aesthetically. I can't notice the missing lower incisor, and my functional improvement has improved. Carlos also prefers not to skimp on the number of splints ordered, always ensuring that the patient's teeth don't hurt with the splints, applying minimal pressure to the teeth. The truth is, the treatment didn't hurt at all. In short, I highly recommend getting Invisilign done here, due to the friendliness of the doctor and the administrative staff, their professionalism and sound medical judgment, and the good price they offer compared to the competition.
