I like to make sure I receive understanding and points of view to be sure in the decisions I will make about my health and at Bannavá they were very kind, but when seeking a second opinion two months apart, they found 4 cavities.
At Bannavá Smiles, the care was 5-star from the very first day. Dr. Patricia and Dr. Marín are wonderful. The personal and professional treatment is excellent. I'm incredibly happy with the results of my treatment today. Thank you so much, Dr. Patricia.
Yesterday we had our first visit to Dr. Patricia Díaz's clinic. The service is almost like a 5-star hotel; we were very satisfied. It truly feels like a cross between a hotel and a spa!
Extremely satisfied. They helped me when I needed them most. I arrived at the Bannava Smiles clinic with a very difficult-to-extract tooth, and it was also broken because they hadn't been able to remove it at the health center. The care and quality of the professionals and the medical equipment they use are top-notch.
Today I went to their Market Plaza branch and the service from Dr. Elizabeth was terrible. When I told her I was in pain because I should be able to say how I feel, she got annoyed and was unnecessarily rude. they told me it would take between 45 minutes and an hour, but my "cleaning" didn't even take 20 minutes. It's so sad to find such terrible professionals even when you're paying. My two teenage sons attend Bannavá Smiles. At first, I was undecided about which treatment to choose for them. We liked Invisilign because it's the most technologically advanced and offers faster results. The concern was whether the children would be responsible enough to keep their aligners. have been quick and satisfactory. They haven't had the pain or discomfort that regular braces entail, and they're excited to change their aligners every week! The experience and treatment from the Bannavá Smiles staff have been very pleasant, always attentive and first-class. The reception staff, the chat staff, and the people who answer the phone are always very friendly, kind, and respectful! We highly recommend Bannavá Smiles! Thank you for making my daughter smile, especially because she was embarrassed to show her teeth! She smiled again in no time and is now happy to show off her smile! It's priceless to me as a mom!! how truly professional she is: other dentists always told me that a worn molar I had was due to poor brushing. Dr. Patricia explained to me that it was due to my poor bite. I am sure I will get great results with my orthodontic treatment.
