The doctor is very kind. Parking is easy. All the staff are lovely.
1. I made an appointment two weeks in advance. Online, they confirmed it could be done on the same day. However, when I arrived, they said they had no record of my booking. I was made to wait for 1.5 hours, was still charged a consultation fee, and the dentist only saw me for about 30sec before asking me to come back two days later, saying the treatment couldn’t be done that day. 2. second appointment, I was again made to wait for 1.5 hours. 3. The pricing was inconsistent. After examining my teeth, the dentist said my case was not complicated and that all four wisdom teeth could be removed in one session at 3,000 THB per tooth. In reality, the dentist spent 1.5 hours removing just one tooth, then said that was enough, and charged me 4,000 THB for that single extraction. 4. I have four wisdom teeth with minor decay. I originally wanted them to be filled, but the dentist insisted that all four needed to be removed. After extracting just one tooth, the dentist refused to provide any further treatment or alternatives for the remaining teeth, leaving my cavities untreated. 5. During the extraction, the dentist was very rough. The procedure took 1.5 hours and even caused a cut on my lip and palate. After the surgery, I was given no aftercare instructions at all, just told to pay and leave. I have never experienced such poor dental service before. I honestly don’t understand how this clinic has a 4.8 star rating. Please avoid this place.

It's been a month since I had a root canal and two fillings, and today I just came back from an appointment with my local American dentist and he said that BIDC did "very impressive work and overall a great job." BIDC charged about a third of what I was quoted back home and did all the work in just one day with very friendly and professional service. Definitely recommend.
I've been using their services for around 15 years, tried other places but came back to BIDC. I think it's a good quality-price ratio. I prefer the Ratchada branch because it is the entire stand-alone dental hospital where every dental issue can be taken care of.

I used to go to BIDC 20 years ago . They were wonderful kind people they did great work . Well 20 years later I got a obsessed tooth when I got into Korea on my way to Thailand. I shot an email to BIDC . They still had me on file . The same doctor took care of me from twenty years ago . I got my tooth pulled and got a permant bridge . I sent an email inquiry to BIDC in Emquartier a number of days ago. But up until now I have received no feedback from them. I wonder if they are too casual about customer service and whether this reflects on any service that I may get there.
