I was very impressed with the service. Dr. Winnie took good care of my case, and the staff provided excellent service.

This dental clinic is excellent, very attentive, and I didn't feel any pain during my first orthodontic treatment.
I went to this Dental Clinic first in July. My experience was phenomenal. The front office staff was friendly and welcoming. The dentist and her assistant were also welcoming and friendly. y and schedule next appointment. There was a patient before me but two workers. They let me stand for 10 minutes without even acknowledging my presence. One woman was working another guy was doing absolutely nothing. When I finally was acknowledged and sat down to pay, I noticed the guy was playing around on his phone while I waited. Dentist My first cleaning didn’t hurt at all. The doctor and her assistant took care to work with gentleness and respect. Today, the opposite. The dentist barely spoke to me. I felt like I was on an assembly line. She was VERY rough and didn’t seem to care. She pulled my jaw and lips in ways that I’ve never had before in cleaning procedure. She didn’t say goodbye or thank you for coming or anything. Just: One word- finished. Bottom line: there are lots of dental clinics in Bangkok. This office is hit and miss. My bill was 2000 baht for cleaning. I personally wouldn’t pay that again for treatment where no one gives a damn whether you are there or not and you have to take Ibuprofen due to the pain not from cleaning but from the rough treatment from dentist and her assistant.

Been coming here for more than a year with my son. We come every 6 months for the routine cleaning. I also recently came in for a crown replacement. The staff and dentists are always super helpful and customer focused. Unlike the United States, they are focused on ensuring a painless experience. I'm never going back to a dentist in America again!
Fantastic dentist. No one likes the dentist right BUT these guys are so very professional, caring, considerate. They are our go to dentist whenever we are in Bangkok. Actually we no longer use UK dentist if we can avoid it...we come here! Great job BIDC team. See you again for my implant sometime in February. Great job thank you. 🙏

Really helpful and excellent service. I completed crown replacement within 3 weeks start to finish. With the travel schedule I have it worked out perfectly for me. Highly recommend.
Clean environment, great and reliable doctors who can all communicate well in English for non-Thai speaker. Easy to make an appointment with BIDC staff who always responds quickly. They are currently taking care of our children for their Invisalign and Damon braces, both of which are doing great so far. I will put an implant for myself this month. I did the veneer composition here and it tooks like 1 hour and the doctor is really precise. It makes me smile again with confidence. Fully recommend BIDC.

The cleaning was excellent and reasonably priced. Everything else was an up-sale and I felt that the dentist was trying to make as much money off of me in as short of a time as possible. I would not go back to this dentist.
