My second time at a BIDC Clinic, first time at this branch. I only went for normal cleaning, and I have nothing to complain about. All the staff I had the pleasure of talking to had excellent English. My dentist was very kind and good as I didn’t feel any kind of discomfort throughout the “procedure”. One of the worse experience at any clinic in Thailand. Booked in advance for certain services to arrive there and for the doctor to let me know she only has time to fix one tooth. services needed and someone I requested from the start. When I asked what’s alternative I have to get the services requested at the booked time, they said none but to leave and book again. It was one day before my birthday too making it more important to feel confident in my smile, something they claim they do.
Good service, the doctor gave detailed advice, and the place was clean.
Went in for bonding for my chipped tooth. I have had this kind of work done many times in the states and this was by far one of the best outcomes. They matched the bonding perfectly and looks/feels great. Also, the two dentists working on me were very polite and friendly. Will come back for cleaning!

professional and very very kind and soft spoken. They never let me feel scared or not wanted as I was just a walk-in patient today. Kudos to the management and everyone in this Dental Clinic! BIDC is my go to Dental place from now on everytime I am in Bangkok. I highly recommend this place! Excellent!

Great dentist! Boyfriend had a cracked tooth whilst on holiday in thailand and they have been excellent in helping resolve this. I also has a home teeth whitening kit done here whilst he was having treatment. Great service!
The experience here was surprisingly better than many of the dentists I had been to in the US. Fast and thorough cleaning: got a retainer mold taken and my teeth cleaned, plus sealant applied on multiple teeth all in less than an hour.
Scheduling was not smooth. Dentist spoke English, but ignored the patient requests. Insisting on an unnecessary filling and using the wrong tool for dental cleaning. Looks like the dentist I received was moonlighting and not a regular staff.
During a trip to BKK, I visited the clinic several times for an implant, replacing crowns, cleaning, etc. When I left, I was told to watch the last tooth on the right, it had a crack repaired, but should be okay. and could be stripped. I was never told to be aware of this happening. Then, I was told the tooth on the opposite side of my mouth had cracked apart during the earlier work and the crown could pop off at any time because it doesn't bond to the filler. If this happens, it requires emergency response and the tooth will be pulled in pieces. I was never told this was being done. I was gone for months and knew nothing of this danger. The only thing I have received from this clinic is a form they want me to sign to absolve them of all responsibility for damage, harm, etc. Apology, no offer to correct, no refund so I can seek better care elsewhere. Disgraceful treatment of a patient who trusted the clinic and staff
