Dr.Lily and her team at Bangkok Dental Spa were wonderful the service was amazing and they were very accommodating to I and my mom! Definitely would recommend my teeth are a lot whiter than before I had braces and had a lot of yellowing but Dr. Lily got my teeth back to white!!
Very good and caring professional Dr with many years experience, using advanced approaches, hardly much pain, perfect job for my lower implant & other work. Recoomend DrLily to anyone who wants a careful, sympathetic dentist who goes the extra distance to help her patients

I came to this dentist because i had some pain in my jaw, and noticed i had some cavities in a back tooth, and i was worried that the pain was coming from there. was 4 of them total, and i had seen in their price list that each cavity was 1500 bhat. So in my mind i knew i was going to pay 6k bhat for the cavities, plus an additional 1k for an x ray. However once i was all done, i was quoted a price of 21k!!! Yes, 21,000. I was shocked. Even in my home country of Switzerland i would not pay so much, and this is Thailand. What left me feeling even more like this was a scam, was the fact that the dentist just typed that number into her calculator and showed it to me. She did not give me a recepit explaining where that amount was coming from. After 2 days of asking for one, i finally got a whatsapp with a receipt supposedly showing how the 21k number was broken down. I was charged 4k per cavity!! When their price list said 1500. The dentist said this was because my cavities where deeper, but why wasnt i informed of this BEFORE she began treating them? Also, i was charged 13k for the filling and anesthesia. Huh?? How is that not included in the price list for a cavity?? I mean i could go on and on. I left feeling like i had been taken advantage of for being a tourist. The dentist is very nice and polite, but all that means nothing when you get scammed. Be very careful with this place and always ask for the total amount before they begin doing anything.

Hi Filipe, so sorry you feel this way. Kindly allow us to address all the points you have made. 1 surface filling is 1,500 baht (per surface). Your case is a complicated deep cavity case which means multiple surfaces therefore we charged as explained in the receipt and report for you which is 3000 baht. And 4000 on one particular tooth totaling 13,000 Thai Baht. Although we understand that this is costly, it is reasonable for the extent of the work done given that 1 surface filling in Switzerland starts at 147chf / 6000 baht up to according to the internet and forums more reputable places could go up to 500chf. We apologize for not clearly explaining the per surface filling pricing before hand. We will send this to management and make improvements right away. Adjustment traumatic occlusion was also done to lessen the pain at the masseter muscle, since 2 treatment routes had to be explored for the limited time given (1 appointment) After the treatment you held our team’s hand and said thank you. We were under the impression that we did everything as we were supposed to and at the best of our abilities for you. So sorry you feel this way but it was a pleasure to have service you. Please respect our price at our dental clinic. We also feel disheartened that our facility work tirelessly to provide dental care for so many decades but in return does not receive understanding regarding our pricing. Just like how one aesthetician would charge differently from one to another or one hotel from another. Please kindly understand that we try do our best for you. The pricing is just how each company facility determine their rates 🙏 Receipt was not made on the day because it was past closing time and last patient for the day on Saturday night so we really apologize for this inconvenience. On whatsapp our staff stated that we would send you info on Monday because the clinic is closed on Sunday. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and will work hard to make improvements. 🙏
Dr Lily and team really pay attention to detail and do great work. I felt comfortable right from the start - no rush - very careful and meticulous. The team’s constant chatter as they put my mouth back together was very soothing and reassuring. I had two crowns replaced and my mouth feels better than before the others broke. Fast, friendly and efficient. Dr Lilly was nice and affable. I am used to a more thorough cleaning when I go to my dentist in Singapore but Dr Lily does a good surface clean. She was careful about my sensitive teeth and gave me advise to help clean my teeth better on my own.
