it was good, didnt hurt much but i took a pain pill before, i just sat there using my phone and watching tv, my teeth definitly are whiter, i went with the hollywood package, you need to do like 6 rounds of twenty mins to get a great result. I would get my teeth cleaned at a dentist then go here and do 8 rounds actually, then you teetth will look great
