regarding the payment and the rate. This was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable for us as customers. Good service is not only about the treatment itself, but also about how clients are treated. The way this situation was handled showed a clear lack of professionalism and customer care. I hope the management addresses this and trains their staff better in customer service.

Thank you for sharing your feedback We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations As we explained Our normal price for 6 sessions is 1,194,000 Currently, we have a promotional price of 899,000 specifically for the Hollywood Smile package (6 sessions) If you choose to take only 5 sessions, the promotional price does not apply, as the promo is valid only for the full 6-session package Therefore, the price remains the same as the promotional package There was absolutely no intention to overcharge or mislead you We strictly follow our listed pricing and company policy And if you in hurry, sometimes you need listen your partner advice But now you blaim us? Using unpolite words & loud really disturbing other client is unacceptable We also expect mutual respect toward our staff We value a positive & respectful environment for both clients & team members

Wasted 1 million. So sad. They promised up to 16 times brighter and it looks WORSE than before. I wish I can get a refund. After seeing all the pictures they had but all the pictures are over a year old. I wanted a perfect smile. I’m so sad.

The staff are very amazing and really helpful to make sure you are getting the correct colour and telling the truth so you trust what they are doing.
The team at the simenyak site were great and looked after me well. Very happy! You have to go through the salon and go up stairs
