I got a check up and teeth cleaning. They do not have any fragrance dispensers, which is good because those things give me a headache.

Fast service, clean, and very comfortable place. Dr. Parama Sari examined my child. The doctor and nurse were patient and friendly.

walked into the clinic. I did not have to wait for my appointment at all despite it being a Friday afternoon. The exam room was clean, organized and modern. The dentist and tech were professional and kind. I required an x-ray to complete the evaluation and the dentist reviewed the film with me in detail: it was clear that she was knowledgeable. She provided a reasonable course of action/recommendations. All in all it was a great experience. Anyone traveling abound not feel nervous about seeking care here. Thank you Bali Dental and Implants!

e doctor didn’t seem happy to see me. They brought in additional staff to explain the procedures to me, almost as if they were trying to remove any responsibility for the previous filling. I thought, "Okay, whatever," and went ahead with the appointment. The entire procedure felt like a horror movie: The doctor and staff spent 30–40 minutes laughing non-stop. Every time I opened my eyes, no one was paying attention to me. The nurse who was supposed to hold the suction device gagged repeatedly (at least 5–7 times). She wasn’t even watching what they were doing. Eventually, I couldn’t handle it anymore and asked if I could hold the suction myself. The doctor seemed angry and had an attitude, but they allowed it, so I held it myself for half the procedure. During the procedure, I got hit in my front teeth, which are still in pain even a day later. Right after the procedure, they handed me four documents to sign. I was still in shock, shaking, and almost crying. When I asked what the documents were for, they said something I didn’t understand and insisted, “No problem, just sign.” So, I signed them. When I left, they charged me double the price from before. (Money isn’t an issue for me, but it was the principle.) I told the receptionist how horrible my experience was, but she didn’t care. She called the dentist, who was just three meters away, and I could hear everything. The doctor said, “No, make her pay the full price and suggest she choose another clinic or doctor.” So, I paid the full price and left. As soon as I left, I realized I couldn’t close my mouth properly, and the filling was done wrong. I texted them immediately, but they didn’t reply. It’s now the next day, and I texted them again, but they’re still ignoring me. Horror Clinic , looking meanwhile looking for another clinic to fix what they did. 🙃
I had done my tooth extraction at this hospital. Whole procedure was so smooth , staff was very nice and very helpful. Doctor gave me lots of advice about how to keep good level of hygiene . I would highly recommend them .
My go-to dental scaling center. Clean, hygienic, friendly, communicative staff, and very helpful during the registration process and after the consultation. Registration was easy and on time.
The staff and doctors are very friendly, and it's easy to communicate with them because they're always quick to respond. The dental queue is also separate from the general queue, so you don't have to wait too long. Highly recommended 👍 …
Fantastic support from the beginning (front desk / scheduling appointments / excellent response time answering all my questions) all through the end - meeting the implantologist who was extremely patient with my questions, thorough with his answers and very friendly with any doubts I had for my dental work (implant). l new building in Saba. I took a little trip to Saba beach only 5 minutes drive, before my appointment. It made the overall experience even more refreshing. Five Stars to the front desk who were super friendly and professional in letting me know if there's any delay in my appointment & supporting me with my 2D xray at the hospital. One of the best services I've experienced - over my years living in Bali.
Good service, good staff, friendly doctors and explain well so that patients understand.
