No machine for xray. They send me to a laboratory in Denpasar for xray. Doc was busy, not easy to get appointment. Not flexible. Better look for other place if you need dentist.

e. I've had countless tooth extractions in my life, and it's never been this painful. The anesthetic injection, then I was told to rinse my mouth and proceed with the extraction. Why, this wasn't about the anesthetic not working? I screamed because my mouth felt like it was going to tear. The left side of my lip was ripped open. The doctor's work was very rough, as if he forgot he was extracting a human tooth. Finally, after he finished, the root of my tooth was still left behind and couldn't be removed. I was sent home for a follow-up visit next week. BPJS PATIENTS ARE HUMAN TOO. If you don't want to treat BPJS patients, don't cooperate, otherwise you'll be treated with contempt. VERY BAD
The doctors and nurses are the best, very professional and educate patients very well.
