My family and I often come for scaling and dental care with our favorite doctor; Doctor Sylvia, we usually go to the clinic in Denpasar and were happy to find out that the clinic is at the Sunset Road branch. Happy.

Very dirty toilets and reception. Cancelled my appointment before I got started after using the toilet. If the reception and toilets are that dirty I don’t want them anywhere near my mouth! Go somewhere else

Jl. Gatot Subroto Barat No.367, Pemecutan Kaja, Kec. Denpasar Utara, Kota Denpasar, Bali 80116, Indonesia. Premise. I wish I could give zero stars. My experience with 911 Bali Dental has been nothing short of a nightmare. They lied about my dental health, claiming I had decay when I had absolutely none. This was a blatant attempt to push unnecessary treatment and profit from my trust. Since that visit, I’ve endured excruciating 10/10 pain for eight months straight. Multiple dentists back home have confirmed their work was botched and has caused serious damage. I now face tens of thousands of dollars in corrective dental work, and if my teeth die from the trauma, I will need full extraction of my top teeth and implants. For eight months I have battled with them for answers and accountability – only to be met with delayed, dismissive, or no responses at all. They have refused to refund me a cent, offering instead to “have a look” to investigate. There is no way I would ever let them touch my teeth again after the harm they’ve already caused. This clinic is dishonest, unethical, and dangerous. They play with people’s health and then walk away from the damage they’ve caused. If you value your teeth, your health, and your sanity – stay as far away from 911 Bali Dental as possible.

Don't go here ! I just moved back to bali and couldn't find my original dentist as she had moved . Made appointment for a deep clean with dr Diana Dewi , the one on sunset . It took 20 minutes 🙄 deep cleans take an hour . I then asked about getting veneers and a plate for 2 back upper teeth . Lets just say she wasn't very interested in the conversation and i was out of there . Quote was over the top . Found my original dentist who is now a perio so she put me on to someone else who was amazing , i went there a week later , she clarified that my deep clean was not a deep clean ! So now i have to pay for another clean 🙄 apparently Dr Dewi did the front teeth ok but certainly not the back , which i could feel . She also informed me very well of what i need to do about veneers etc what options are , you know like a real dentist ! Oh and of course way cheaper .

Had been to Denpasar clinic 3 months ago. They were good, but it’s pot luck if the dentist understands English As there’s a big difference between speaking English and understanding English I just went to their Sunset road Bali 911 clinic , and it was an absolute joke I went to get a temporary valplast denture to last for a month, as I’m getting teeth removed in a month and then getting titanium frame dentures they did an x-ray I didn’t ask for as I’m not getting any teeth removed Their price list shows The 2 Dentures listed below are Acrylic Partial Denture 800,000 Rupiah ($80 Aud) NO DESCRIPTION is that 1 tooth or 3 or 10 teeth Valplast Denture 1.5 million Rupiah ($150 Aud) NO DESCRIPTION is that 1 tooth or 3 or 10 teeth The 2 Dentures listed below are written very clearly, there is no miscommunication Metal Frame Denture 2.5 million Rupiah ($250 Aud) For FIRST Tooth only And 1 million Rupiah ($100 Aud) for each additional Tooth Titanium Frame Denture 3.5 million Rupiah ($350 Aud) For FIRST TOOTH Only And 1 million Rupiah ($100 Aud) for each additional Tooth I told the dentist I only need a temporary Valplast denture as it only needs to last 1 month The dentist then x-rays my teeth as she can speak English but doesn’t understand English and was going to extract some teeth, after explaining it very clearly, I’m not getting extractions done, I just need the temporary Valplast denture The dentist then tells me the Valplast denture is for ONE TOOTH Only for 1.5 million ($150 Aud) Then the dentist tells me to do the Acrylic partial denture Then the dentist tells me it’s 800,000 ($80 Aud) for the FIRST TOOTH Only, and 800,000 ($80 Aud) for EACH additional tooth I needed 8 teeth on the acrylic partial denture which would be 6.4 million Rupiah ($640 Aud) It’s so much cheaper in Australia They’re like Woolies and Coles where they do have some clear pricing on most things, but Bali 911 will try and scam travellers ( BULES ) with staff that don’t understand English, and a price list that is very ambiguous VERY IMPORTANT I’m not blaming the staff as they are doing what they’re told and are very polite and respectful It’s the owner/s and management who are responsible for ambiguous price lists, and staff who don’t have a clear understanding of English As there are Lots of Dental Clinics where everything is written in Bahasa, and not in English But when Dental Clinics in Bali promote themselves in English and target English speaking travellers they have a responsibility to provide a professional service in English
