For a "thorough" 3-minute examination, price - 20 euros. "The dentist" was under all kinds of criticism. Expressions like "in general" I don't think are worthy of this profession. Illogical explanations, just..that's it. I don't recommend it! They didn't use their modern machines at all. A complete tragedy..

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you were disappointed with the short "comprehensive" examination of your friend Teodora, which lasted 10 minutes. Teodora contacted us several times via social media with complaints of severe pain. Despite our busy schedules, we made 3 attempts to offer help, two of which were not convenient for her and she refused them. We are unable to help in the presence of pain if the patient does not wish to visit us. Since she continued to seek us out due to pain, we made a third attempt to offer help and a visit in which her pain could be worked on. At a given time at 10:00, we receive a message again via social media outside of working hours, the previous evening, asking if we could start earlier because Teodora had a commitment. When we called immediately before the visit to clarify, the phone was switched off. Teodora visited the clinic 10 minutes late and wished the visit to be short because she was in a hurry. Our capabilities are limited to a brief examination and information that you clearly knew, but still want a 2nd opinion, in a limited time by you. The fee for this is 20 euros and does not even correspond to the time you lost us. We could not use the modern machines due to the time limit imposed by you. We believe that we are worthy of this profession, at least for the reason that in the absence of free hours, we found a way to try to help a person experiencing pain and needing help, and several times. The attempt was thwarted by you - with two refusals to visit, delay and limitation of treatment time. We wish you health and success with your treatment.
