First visit, it was just Friday, it was raining, just after work, flooding everywhere. Once again, I want to apologize to Doctor Erta and the team because I was delayed 30 minutes but they were willing to wait😭 even though it was really late, they were still full of smiles, even though they were really afraid they wouldn't let me continue or they would get scolded. The diagnosis was to the point with my dental case. Thank you Audy Dental🥹🙏🏻 highly recommend!!

I'm sorry, I'm giving you a 1-star rating because I'm very disappointed with the dentist who treated me. I intended to switch to Audy for better care, even though the price was quite expensive. I thought you get what you pay for, but I was wrong. FYI, I'm a transfer patient, and it's natural that I asked the dentist who treated me, and the doctor's response was, "I can't give you advice because I wasn't the one who treated me from the start and don't know the initial problem." (The doctor answered while washing his hands or something.) Logically, Doc, I'm a transfer patient, so you weren't the one who treated me from the start. My next suggestion is, it's better not to accept transfer patients if that's the dentist's response. In my opinion, they're just looking at your teeth and not getting a satisfactory answer, especially since they're being asked to see the previous dentist the following month for a checkup at 550,000 Rupiah, which is very expensive. I also installed a bracket that came off. The dentist said, "I've installed the bracket, but there's a chance it might come off again because of the glue." My question, as a dentist, is there no other solution, such as scraping off the glue if you know it's going to come off again? And sure enough, I was doing nothing and the bracket came off on its own.

I had both of my wisdom teeth removed at Audy Dental Kemang by drg. Fiona SpBMM, and I honestly couldn’t believe how smooth the whole experience was. Drg. Fiona’s technique was incredibly gentle, the procedure felt surprisingly comfortable from start to finish. What amazed me most was that I didn’t feel any pain during the extraction, and even afterward, I only took one painkiller right after the surgery and never needed any more. There was also no swelling at all, which is incredible considering I had two wisdom teeth removed at the same time. The entire process took less than 30 minutes for both teeth, which was so efficient yet still very thorough. It really gave me peace of mind knowing I was in such capable hands. The only downside was that the in-house pharmacy at Audy was already closed by the time I finished, so the receptionist asked me to look for another pharmacy outside. Having to go around on a Gojek to find medicine right after wisdom tooth surgery was definitely not an ideal experience. Other than that, I’m genuinely impressed with Audy Dental Kemang and especially with drg. Fiona’s skill and gentle approach. For something I expected to be painful and uncomfortable, it turned out to be one of the easiest dental experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommended!

Have been here before, but today was especially bad experience. Appointment for regular scaling 4:30PM, only done up to payment at ~6PM 2 things: - doctor late, have happened before, but let it slight given good result - the doctor or the assistant forgot to submit the bill, hence my name was never called out, until i come asking why it took so long

I’m giving it a 2 star only because the place was clean and staff were nice but the system is broken. Pros. Dentist is a nice lady. Staff are nice. Cons. I did the Klar Invisalign - which for me unsuccessful. The doctor was very very hard to see. She only works Sundays and Mondays. Sometimes she’d cancel leaving it months before I could see her again. A lot of times the attachments would fall off but because I couldn’t get into see her maybe sometimes for 2 weeks I’d have to pay again to have the attachments put back on. The top aligner wasn’t fitting on the tooth and the dentist was unable to see this and when I recognised it , it took me another 2 months to get into see her because of holidays and cancellations and the fact you can only see her sunday and Monday. I felt like it was a waste of time and waste of money.

How come, I got a recommendation to continue root canal treatment and braces here, I've called 3 times, the first time I called just to ask if there was an ortho doctor and the CS said there was, that's all. Secondly I asked for the price and braces treatment, the first CS (I don't know who and didn't mention the name) spoke in a roundabout way, unclearly, and was not easy to understand. then finally his colleague helped explain WELL and CLEARLY, if I'm not mistaken, the CS's name was Ms. Devi. and I called again to ask about root canal treatment, what was the response???!!! equally confused... how can I be sure to get treatment from you??? if your explanation is not easy to understand. PLEASE FIX IT.

Went for scalling and an impromptu tooth filling which the doc just found while doing the scalling, the actual dental service is good (so far, i just went), but the actual nightmare is the front desk / customer service. 1. When I book the appointment, i was told to sent my insurance card and details of my ID which I already sent to the admin. I thought by doing this, the registration process will be quick when I came. Oh but Boy was I Wrong.. I arrived at 4.00 PM sharp and wait almost 20 minutes until I enter the doctors room. Why? Idk. 2. Finished my treatment at 4.40ish and again I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 30mins for the billing process. I know they have to confirming with the insurance, but still 30 minutes is a lot? In the end I literally wait and stand in front of their desk, and even after that they finally give the document that I have to signed AFTER I ask ‘Is there anything I should sign?’ Please respect people’s time especially this is your paying customers. You asked us to arrived 10 minutes before appointment and come no later than 10 minutes after, but yet I arrived on time and the treatment starts at 4.15ish Please. Respect people’s time. Do better.
