Excellent service . Professional and very clean. Prompt response when I make an appointment via WhatsApp. Friendly and polite dentist and staff. They make sure to inform the details charges decode procedures .
First time to Audy Dental, I was always curious about going to a children's dental clinic here. It turns out the facilities are really good, snacks are available, and the staff, doctors, and nurses are very friendly.
The service is excellent. The admin is very responsive and the dentist's service is very professional.

I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Intan. Pain rating Anesthesia injection 0/10 Tooth extraction 0/10 (altered) Stitching 0/10 (altered) After anesthesia 1/10 (not painful, just uncomfortable) That night, the pain was gone. SO IF YOU WANT TO HAVE YOUR WISDOM TOOTH SURGERY, JUST DO IT HERE, IT'S NOT PAINFUL ❤️❤️

I've never been disappointed with my scaling at Audy. Friendly staff. Clean place. You can make tea or coffee while you wait. You have to make an appointment, FYI.

A very bad experience. The bill was high, and my root canal problem wasn't resolved. I had swelling for the first week due to the initial visit, and they didn't give me the appropriate medication or antibiotics because they wanted me to come back four times visit to charge me more, even though their fixed prices aren't the same as the final bill. I will never repeat this experience with them.
The place is comfortable, clean, and fragrant. There's a playground for kids to play comfortably. The doctors are professional.

Bad experiences. They said they had insurance. They immediately offered all sorts of things they didn't need. They came to have their child's tooth extracted, but they told them it wasn't necessary. In the end, they had to have two teeth scaled and filled. A layperson who doesn't understand can only follow the doctor's instructions and feel cheated by the bill. Very disappointed.

I am very disappointed because today's service I was x-rayed repeatedly 7-8 times because the image capture was not successful so it was repeated over and over. Even though my tooth hurts a lot. Even the gloves used to hold medical equipment and the door lever and enter my mouth were not changed while in the radiology room.
