The services are great, but the reception service leaves much to be desired; it's disorganized. They mix up scheduled days and times. They've even called me to confirm appointments without me having booked them. I hope it has improved, because it has the potential to be excellent.

Regarding fees, the Dental Code of Ethics establishes that the setting of professional fees is carried out considering, among other things, the professional's reputation, the complexity of the case, the operational cost, and the freedom to set their fees. Our prices are set considering the qualifications of our dentists and the high cost of maintaining the physical structure. In any case, we try to correlate them with the socio-economic conditions of our region to better serve our patients. You are always welcome!
