Communication was outstanding throughout; they kept me fully informed every step of the way, answering all my questions promptly and clearly. The entire staff is so hands-on, caring, and genuinely sweet. They made me feel comfortable and well taken care of, which is so important when you’re in a new country for treatment. A special shoutout to the translator, Ismail! He was super sweet and went above and beyond! He guided us through the entire process with patience and a smile, explaining everything in detail. On top of that, he was kind enough to share great recommendations for places to visit in Istanbul during our time off, which made the trip even more enjoyable. I wanted to share my experience at Atlantic Dental Clinic following my recent visit. Firstly, I would like to thank the staff for being so welcoming and friendly, and I was genuinely impressed by how beautiful and well-maintained the clinic is. I was referred by a friend who spoke highly of Atlantic Dental’s expertise in transforming smiles and providing excellent dental care, which made me confident in seeking treatment with you. However, I did encounter some confusion regarding the pricing structure. Initially, I was quoted £4,500 for my treatment plan, but upon attending the clinic, I was informed that the total cost would be £8,000. This significant difference left me surprised and a bit discouraged, as I had to reconsider my options. Additionally, I noticed several individual charges—such as £1,000 for gum cutting and £700 for a retainer—which I had assumed would be included in the original quote.

This is the 3rd time I visited the clinic and I always had a positive experience. The prices are reasonable and the doctors only recommend the treatments you really need. The staff is very nice and welcoming and they speak English. The clinic is well located and very clean. I recommend it!
