I would especially like to single out Dr. Ania, who is the true soul of this place. Always helpful, kind, and smiling, she supports me at every stage of treatment and is available to assist in every situation. All the specialists at Ardentine are highly qualified, forming a close-knit and professional team. Another huge advantage is the flexibility in scheduling appointments – appointments are always tailored to the patient, which significantly simplifies treatment planning. This is a place you can return to with complete confidence and peace of mind. I recommend it with all my heart.
A truly excellent place, highly recommended. The orthodontists are exceptionally kind to children and take excellent care of them. The atmosphere is fantastic – children leave with a smile on their faces.

the wonderful Ms. Ania, who always has an infectious smile – thanks to whom I finally managed to get the teeth of my dreams :) Even wisdom tooth extractions and root canal treatments here are conducted in a pleasant atmosphere and are completely painless, so I regret I can only give 5/5 stars, as the office definitely deserves more!
Great patience with the child. Even though the visit was a bit longer because my son wasn't cooperating, it was peaceful. Nothing was forced, and the entire team showed tremendous empathy. On the downside, the prices are quite high. Best regards to Ms. Ania, I'm still impressed by her composure :)
A great place with wonderful staff. I had orthodontic treatment with Dr. Karolina and I'm so glad I ended up here. I also had fillings done after my braces were removed, and the results exceeded my expectations – my teeth look beautiful and very natural. Today, my daughter had an appointment at 8:00 AM, and when I made the appointment, I made sure there would be no delays, as I had to take her to school and then go to work right after the appointment. On arrival, however, I discovered that two people had been scheduled for the same time. The receptionist admitted that two patients were indeed scheduled for the same time, but she didn't see any problem with it. Furthermore, the doctor still wasn't in the office, even though two patients were already prepared for earlier appointments. The doctor finally showed up at 8:10, so it was clear there would be a significant delay. This lack of respect for my time again caused us to cancel our appointment and leave. Furthermore, they kept confusing my daughter with another patient. I repeatedly asked them to do something about it—they even added my daughter's middle name to avoid further confusion. Unfortunately, this didn't help, and I kept receiving calls confirming appointments that didn't concern my daughter. At one point, someone changed my daughter's first name in the system without our knowledge, and it still hasn't been corrected. The semi-annual checkups lasted a few minutes, didn't enter anything, and each one cost 180 PLN. I had a growing feeling that this was all about extracting money, not providing real patient care. At other clinics, I usually didn't pay for simple checkups without services performed, and certainly not every time. After today's situation, I decided to completely cancel this practice and discharge my daughter. I gave this place a chance for years, but the lack of professionalism, organizational chaos, and disregard for patients are unacceptable. Reply to your comment: 1. My daughter wasn't served at all because I didn't have a free hour to spend in your waiting room this time. 2. The doctor's accusations weren't about the treatment; she was simply unpleasant. 3. Please don't lie about "delays," because in this particular case, it was simply overbooking. The receptionist said the doctor had patients scheduled for 7:45, but she wasn't there yet. These patients were already waiting in chairs in two separate offices. Furthermore, another woman—the one who was scheduled for 8:00 with my daughter—also complained to the receptionist about how you were scheduling two people for one hour, and she specifically scheduled them well in advance to get the first appointment. So, this wasn't a pain patient. Your lies have confirmed my judgment of the situation. And I agree with you on one thing: sometimes it's worth drawing conclusions calmly.

However, we would like to address several of the issues you raised to clarify the context, particularly regarding this most recent visit. In accordance with standards of medical care, we prioritize patients with pain. These patients are often seen outside of the physicians' standard work schedule, often at the expense of meal breaks. Although we make every effort to ensure timely appointments, emergencies, especially those involving pain, may result in postponements. Delays may also result from the need for a longer discussion of the treatment plan with the patient or traffic disruptions (traffic jams, road accidents). We prominently display information in our office and at the reception desk that the scheduled appointment date is the planned appointment date, which may be subject to change. We normally see patients from 9:00 AM. Your daughter received a special appointment at 8:00 AM to accommodate your busy schedule (school, work). The duplicate appointment for 8:00 AM involved your daughter and a patient with pain. This patient was seen in our other office and was informed in advance that he would have to wait a short time. Your daughter was seen immediately after the doctor arrived. The delay (approximately 10 minutes) was due to an unforeseen family emergency, for which we sincerely apologize. We would appreciate your understanding that, as physicians, we sometimes have to respond to emergencies involving patients with pain, which inevitably impacts the schedule. We understand the frustration associated with the misidentification of your daughter. With a large patient volume and the unusual situation of having two patients with the same first and last name, managing your data is a challenge. We use different software, and data synchronization doesn't always work correctly. As you noted, we tried to resolve this issue, including by adding a middle name. The statement that we are "mainly concerned with extracting money, not providing real patient care" is particularly damaging to us. Our office prioritizes comprehensive and safe medical care, although, as a private facility, it is our source of income. The cost of each follow-up visit is not only the doctor's work – it also includes strict adherence to disinfection and sterility protocols, the use of expensive, disposable materials, the costs of the premises, equipment operation, and maintaining medical records. We are deeply sorry if you felt that the doctor's comments were unnecessary. Our goal is to provide open information about your treatment, but we apologize if the method of communication was uncomfortable for you. teenagers. My daughter wears braces, had her baby teeth removed, and attends appointments without fear, and the results of her treatment and orthodontics are excellent. Sometimes there's a delay in the appointment time, but it's always due to the patient's need for an earlier appointment; it's definitely worth the wait.

for my daughter, and the aligners themselves are very user-friendly (she wore them without any problems, reminders, or complaints, even at school). Because of the aligners, my daughter had to have oral hygiene treatments slightly more frequently than the standard recommended six months, and I would like to thank Ms. Justyna, whose immense patience, thoroughness, and professionalism have contributed to the fact that, despite wearing aligners, my daughter has been cavity-free for two years. At every stage of the treatment, my daughter was treated not only professionally but also with great empathy and understanding, which is why she now has no problems with dental visits.
