I never felt rushed or confused — every step of the process was walked through in a way that was easy to understand, and all of my questions were answered with patience and respect. That level of communication is so rare and so appreciated, especially when it comes to something as important as your dental health. What stood out the most was how comfortable and cared for I felt. Going to the dentist can be stressful, but this experience was completely different. The doctor was gentle, reassuring, and truly focused on making sure I felt safe and confident throughout my visit. It’s obvious that he takes pride in his work and genuinely wants the best for his patients. I left feeling relieved, informed, and very happy with the care I received. If you are looking for a dentist who is kind, knowledgeable, and truly takes the time to explain things and treat you like a person—not just another appointment—this is the place to go. I will absolutely be returning, and I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

even considering going to this office, just go. We could not have been in better hands than we were. While we were there, we met other patients that said the same. This is absolute top notch dentistry, With attention to detail, Caring, and absolute brilliance.
I got a same day appointment as I was only in San Jose for a short time. Dr. Esteban Torres speaks very well English and is kind and calm. The procedure was done effectively. I recommend highly!

My experience with the care I received from Dr. Natalia and Dr. Esteban was excellent. Without a doubt, they stand out for their professionalism, dedication, and commitment; it's clear they have a true passion for their profession. The cleaning was a bit painful, and they performed a checkup without telling me the cost beforehand (even though they mentioned it, they were never clear about the cost of the checkup). other than the dentist who performed the procedure, which made me doubt their professional status since they didn't sign as such. It's also incorrect for someone to fill out a form without having performed the treatment; the treating dentist should fill it out. The requirement for a prescribing dentist doesn't exist in private insurance. I'm suspicious of the evaluations because they called me several times suggesting I delete this post.

Best dental experience I’ve had in my lifetime. Dr was knowledgeable, kind and explained a treatment strategy in a way I could comprehend. Hadn’t seen a dentist in a long time and my teeth have issues. Will be traveling to Costa Rica just to see this dentist.

Going to the dentist always makes me nervous, but this time was different. The doctor was very thorough, patient, and exuded a calm energy that made me feel in good hands. He answered all my questions clearly and without rushing. It was one of the best dental experiences I've ever had.
