The doctor and her assistant did an incredible job—it's hard to believe how committed, confident, and caring they are with their patients. I am incredibly impressed with both the people working at this clinic and the quality of their services. The selection of tooth shape and color, followed by the perfect execution, is literally a state-of-the-art process. I arrived with very high expectations and was absolutely not disappointed. Avoid this clinic. Beginning (6 months ago): I had implants placed at the Antalya Dent Smile clinic (Flora Ağız ve Diş Sağlığı). During the second stage, I had crowns placed with a severely overbite. The clinic's doctors assured me that "this is how it should be." Upon returning home, one crown shifted. This changed my bite, and the other implants on the opposite side no longer fit. I had a CT…

scan in Poland. The doctors determined that the implant in position 26 was incorrectly placed and unstable—it had penetrated the maxillary sinus, and the implant was held in 3 mm of bone. They stated that an implant in the sinus was "normal." They simply replaced a loose crown with a new one. It started to loosen again a day later.

We inform you that your clinical situation initially included dental crowding and severe occlusal disorders associated with the long-term loss of molars in the areas of Nos. 18, 17, 16, 45, and 46, as well as antagonist supraeruption. Additionally, a periapical inflammatory process was detected in the area of tooth No. 26. Before starting treatment, all possible options were explained to you in detail: from partial restoration to comprehensive rehabilitation of the dental system. The doctors also explained that with such occlusal disorders, the most predictable long-term outcome is achieved with an integrated approach (orthodontic treatment or complete prosthetics with occlusion restoration), since the dental system functions as a unified whole. Surgical treatment was performed comprehensively using modern techniques, including sinus lifting and immediate implantation, achieving primary implant stability. Postoperative follow-up revealed no signs of infection or pathological changes. The patient was repeatedly recommended comprehensive prosthetics to stabilize his bite and reduce functional risks, but he declined this treatment plan. Please note that all possible risks associated with the initial clinical situation and the chosen scope of treatment were thoroughly explained in advance, and the patient signed informed consent. The dentists are very knowledgeable, experienced, caring and friendly. I started my Invisalign treatment in 2020 and it took around 18 months to be completed. After that I had a gengivectomy, frenectomy and 1 crown done. They have support for English, Portuguese and Russian speakers. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The price is average to higher and the service is amazing.
I'm thrilled with this clinic! I'd lost hope of saving my teeth; other places only offered veneers. But Dr. Fatmanur took on the treatment, saved my teeth, and gave me a natural, vibrant smile. I went for a consultation for a same day implant. After an advanced x-ray their specialist advised me that a new crown would be feasible where my UK dentist was uncertain. An implant wasn't necessary. A great result! I returned the next day. The old crown was removed, the decay cleaned out and a new crown was milled by computer while I waited. My wife and I were treated very graciously being offered coffee and water while we waited for the the crown to be produced. And we were given a complimentary lift back to our apartment. I had never considered having dental treatment in Turkey. Every aspect of my treatment was first class. The technology available at this practice is state of the art. I was saved from having an implant. I received a perfectly matched crown for my molar and we were treated really well by the entire team. All for an amazing price 👍😊. 4* hotel and collected and dropped back from every appointment. The clinic was very modern and clean and all the staff warm and welcoming, he needed slightly more work than anticipated but the whole process was explained to him step and step. He has his temporary teeth now and goes back in 4 months for his permanent. His life has transformed, even the temporary teeth look fantastic and has changed his whole look and done wonders for his confidence. They have provided him with a dental passport and given clear instructions and support for his aftercare.
