With Simonetta, scaling is not unpleasant. She is a fairy herself. She is very conscientious and skilled.

It was a very positive experience every time I went there, the last treatment was done by Eszter, who was very kind, friendly and attentive throughout.
I had a tartar removal and teeth whitening because they had a sale. It was my first time there, and I was completely satisfied with the staff and the results.
I had a dental scaling and was treated quickly and thoroughly. I came here mostly because of the price, but I was not disappointed!

I came for scaling and whitening. On the one hand, it was horrible, I've never experienced such pain before, and on the other hand, it happened without the supervision of a dentist, which is illegal.

Dear Lili, Thank you for your feedback, however, the statements described do not correspond to reality, therefore we consider it necessary to clarify the circumstances accurately. The treatment took place on July 16, 2025, and after that you did not indicate to us in any way, neither in person, nor by phone, nor in writing, that you had any complaints or problems related to the intervention. If you had experienced discomfort or pain during the treatment, you could have reported this to our colleague or at the reception on site - no such indication was received. It is important to emphasize that temporary sensitivity may occur during professional tartar removal, especially in the case of thorough depuration. If the patient indicates this, a dentist in our office can provide immediate assistance, including anesthesia. We also reject the claim regarding “irregularity”. The treatment was performed by a dental hygienist with appropriate qualifications, in accordance with the applicable legal framework. 66/2011. (XII. 13.) NEFMI decree, a healthcare professional – including a dental hygienist – may independently perform non-invasive clinical activities related to his or her professional qualification, provided that he or she has the necessary professional training and license. The operation and professional practice of our clinic fully comply with this. Staffs are kind and accomodating, they will get you someone that speaks english to help you what might you'd expect for tooth cleaning and whitening. Surely I will comback for 3rd time soon. Place is clean and comfortable. Accepts szep card. Foreigner friendly.

é Salga, who, together with the assistant lady, were very attentive and kind to me throughout, who treated my unpleasant problem with my still existing (but soon to be removed) wisdom tooth empathetically and professionally - less than a day has passed, but I feel much better. They gave me advice, reassured me that it was no big deal, and I even got a tool to clean the area at home, completely free of charge. And the icing on the cake is that although I made an appointment for a consultation, the doctors did not make me pay for it, I only had to arrange a panoramic X-ray. So, in summary, I received a much more professional treatment for a much cheaper price than I expected. The staff at Andrássy Dent clearly want to build trust in the patient and think long-term with the client - they convinced me to make this place my permanent dentist. Thanks to the doctor, his assistant and the receptionist for the positive experience!

The second crown that was made still seemed quite high, and it didn't feel like it followed the natural position of my teeth at all (their inner side slopes a little inward, but the inner side of the crown was higher). Since Christmas was approaching, this was the last order, and the second crown was not part of the original plan either, it was quite important that this crown could stay in - so it was also polished from the onlay of the tooth above it to fit my bite better. Although this crown was not very comfortable, I accepted that it was there. Later, in two other places, it was also visible on panoramic X-rays that the previously mentioned onlay, which was also made here, unfortunately did not cover well. I went to Dr. Dániel Botos at the time, but he has not been working at Andrássy Dent for some time. After moving, the new location did not become my favorite either. ______________ My only regret is that I did not go here earlier.🙂 Professional, painless treatment, customer-centric, attentive attitude.
