Great service - low costs. I had severe toothache. The dentist recommended a rootcanal treatment and a crown. I had 4 visits for the rootcanal (1.5 million total) And the crown will be 7 million. Very good service and very affordable compared to what I would pay back home. Definitely recommend.
The clinic is clean and airy, and tooth extraction is painless.
Lost an inlay during dinner on Saturday night. The An Tam team got back to me 23:00 that same night and asked me to come in 14:00 on Sunday. e whitening is very uneven. Some areas became much whiter than others, which has never happened to me before despite having had the same treatment twice in the past. Overall, the procedure did not meet the quality standards I expected, and I regret choosing this clinic. Based on my experience, I would not recommend it.
The dental service is extremely high quality, the doctors are dedicated, and they provide honest advice without exaggerating problems. The cleaning was good but they are about maximizing profit not safety. The dentist was late and inattentive. He actually stated he’d reuse my old brackets and wires (instead of removing them) that have been left unattended and shifting for a year which was a HUGE red flag and a no no to save himself money. goggles given to me , the toothpaste just splattered on my face. Also she was Constantly on her phone ! , no change of gloves , and back working on my teeth . General standards of hygiene ?? I do not speak Vietnamese, and the young girl did not speak English, so of course communication was difficult and l understand that , but l do believe she could have indicated through perhaps hand gestures. For example, when the laser light was placed over my mouth and teeth , l had no idea how long this would be, she just sat fiddling with her hair and more playing with her phone.( l did have goggles on for this part ) l have had teeth whitening done before so was aware of the foods to avoid 24 - 48 hours after this treatment. This practice gave no information whatsoever to the after care of a whitening procedure. I hope this is all taken as constructive criticism to improve this dental practice as l am still happy with the end result

They were so bloody accommodating. We had one person in a wheelchair who could not be transferred to the dentist chair and they helped us make it work. They were very gentle and so bloody nice. We had 4x people and everyone was very happy with the service they provided. The dental practice is very clean and tidy, smells great and looks very modern. I would highly recommend An Tâm Smile 10/10

Had a great teeth cleaning and whitening experience with the An Tam Smile team. The process took about two hours, but they were very thorough and attentive. I am very happy with my new smile!
A very professional, friendly treatment I suddenly needed (not planned 😂) a dental crown. Called there, got a Termin for next day. Went there, tooth was checked, He find out that I would need also a root treatment 😞 That was done within a 3 treatment. I chosed a full ceramic crown. Manufactured on site. A very good quality. About the price 👍 You cannot compare with European prices 😁
Was able to be helped in a couple minutes without an appointment. Staff was professional and quick. Best of all they didn't even charge me for the consultation and gave me the required prescription.

I got a cleaning for 300k, and it was a good experience but not nearly as thorough as the cleanings I’m used to in the US. The hygienist used an ultrasonic scaler for the majority of the appointment, and finished with a (very) brief polishing of my teeth; I was in and out in 20 minutes. I came here to get a filling removed and a crown, as well as a teeth cleaning. My boyfriend ended up getting his teeth cleaned and whitened, and I took the dentist recommendation to do composite bonding on a few teeth that I’d chipped away at with my grinding at night. t realize the damage I’d done to the symmetry of my smile until she fixed it. They are efficient, they don’t upsell and their recommendations are actually spot on. While I don’t want to leave Vietnam (especially Hoi An), they single handedly made me excited to go home just so my friends and family can see my new smile.

t some much needed dental work done. First I had my last wisdom tooth removed. The US dentist said the last one would be too difficult to remove… An Tạm removed it in 10 minutes. The dentist is the gentlest Ive ever had in my life. Never have I been EXCITED for the dentist. She’s non-judgemental, health conscience, checks up on me when I’m not in the office and has me rocking those pearly whites. Plus I could afford it. LIFETIME customer. THANK YOU!
