I got a cleaning for 300k, and it was a good experience but not nearly as thorough as the cleanings I’m used to in the US. The hygienist used an ultrasonic scaler for the majority of the appointment, and finished with a (very) brief polishing of my teeth; I was in and out in 20 minutes. Very quick, professional and sterile service! My teeth are a few shades whiter with no sensitivity. Overall whitening only lasted a few weeks.

I came here to get a filling removed and a crown, as well as a teeth cleaning. My boyfriend ended up getting his teeth cleaned and whitened, and I took the dentist recommendation to do composite bonding on a few teeth that I’d chipped away at with my grinding at night. t realize the damage I’d done to the symmetry of my smile until she fixed it. They are efficient, they don’t upsell and their recommendations are actually spot on. While I don’t want to leave Vietnam (especially Hoi An), they single handedly made me excited to go home just so my friends and family can see my new smile.

t some much needed dental work done. First I had my last wisdom tooth removed. The US dentist said the last one would be too difficult to remove… An Tạm removed it in 10 minutes. The dentist is the gentlest Ive ever had in my life. Never have I been EXCITED for the dentist. She’s non-judgemental, health conscience, checks up on me when I’m not in the office and has me rocking those pearly whites. Plus I could afford it. LIFETIME customer. THANK YOU! If my sister-in-law had not questioned why a “filling” was taking so long, the dentist would have proceeded further. she was waiting outside under the impression that only a filling replacement was being done and was unaware that 16th teeth were being prepared for crowns. When I later saw my brother, I was shocked by the condition he was left in. No impressions were taken prior to tooth preparations, and no temporary crowns were provided, which is a fundamental standard of care. The correct protocol is to take the impressions first, then prepare the teeth, and provide temporaries. This was not done! I contacted the dentist directly to ask for an explanation. she claimed my brother had requested fillings. I responded by asking how shaving teeth from 14-24 and 34-44 could possibly be considered a filling, as this is clearly full crown preparation. The situation was disorganised and highly concerning. My brother felt he had no choice but to proceed and pay the x amount. He was sent home with crooked teeth and poor cosmetic results. As someone with dental knowledge, I had to instruct the dentist on bur selection, occlusion, high and low spots, and cosmetic assessment, which should never happened. In addition to clinical concerns, infection control was extremely poor. I observed the dentist touching multiple surfaces, and placing her phone by the instrument tray. In another operators, a dental nurse was using her phone while a patient was in the chair. There were flies present, and patient chairs were not disinfected with alcohol between patients. Based on the lack of informed consent, substandard clinic practice, poor hygiene, and unprofessional behaviour, I believe this clinic is unsafe for patients and should be investigated and shut down!!!! Adding to this concern, the extensive dental work was carried out only 4 days before we were due to fly home. This placed my brother under significant stress and left no reasonable time to seek a second opinion, corrective treatment, or proper follow-up care before international travel. Performing irreversible procedure under such time pressure, without informed consent, is highly inappropriate and irresponsible. I rate this place a ZERO stars if that were possible. Based on my experience, this clinic should be shut!!!!!

I left the UK on Friday 6th March with slight discomfort with my crown, by the time I had arrived the pain was very unpleasant. I decided to find a dentist using Google and An Tam Smile came up. I WhatsApp them and got an appointment on Sunday. I cannot praise the staff and dentist enough. They were so helpful, X-Rayed and gave me a prescription for antibiotics. I came to the clinic with a toothache and needed root canal treatment. I was nervous because it was my first experience with this procedure.
