The doctor was gentle, I'm really satisfied.

I’ve gotten my teeth laser treated a few times in the U.S. This clinic had a different process but were very attentive to the treatment. Even though there was initially a language barrier they were very accommodating and found a way to easily translate. I loved the customer service and the fact they went out of their way to explain or answer any questions I had.

The location was quite easy to find, the interior was clean, and the staff were very helpful as soon as I arrived for my appointment.

LOL, without finishing ... literally, mid-cleaning they started to sell me on fillings. With hygenist there, and still in bib! And then we all forgot one later of flouride cleaning left to do. Awkward

I made an appointment 2 days before I turned up but seamed very surprised to see me. Not very welcoming. Had a tooth pulled which went ok. Wasn’t told what to do after the procedure as far as care. Went to pay with my card but was told they only take cash. I asked why they had a visa/mastercard sign on the counter. Great service - low costs. I had severe toothache. The dentist recommended a rootcanal treatment and a crown. I had 4 visits for the rootcanal (1.5 million total) And the crown will be 7 million. Very good service and very affordable compared to what I would pay back home. Definitely recommend.

Lost an inlay during dinner on Saturday night. The An Tam team got back to me 23:00 that same night and asked me to come in 14:00 on Sunday. The cleaning was good but they are about maximizing profit not safety. The dentist was late and inattentive. He actually stated he’d reuse my old brackets and wires (instead of removing them) that have been left unattended and shifting for a year which was a HUGE red flag and a no no to save himself money. They were so bloody accommodating. We had one person in a wheelchair who could not be transferred to the dentist chair and they helped us make it work. They were very gentle and so bloody nice. A very professional, friendly treatment I suddenly needed (not planned 😂) a dental crown. Called there, got a Termin for next day. Went there, tooth was checked, He find out that I would need also a root treatment 😞 That was done within a 3 treatment. I chosed a full ceramic crown. Manufactured on site. A very good quality. About the price 👍 You cannot compare with European prices 😁

Was able to be helped in a couple minutes without an appointment. Staff was professional and quick. Best of all they didn't even charge me for the consultation and gave me the required prescription.
