Great dental clinic, Dr. Julia and her nurse are professional and kind. The doctor always explains everything, shows me X-rays and consults with me about what is needed. Great emphasis is placed on pain-free treatment. If I compare it with my previous dentist, I would compare the incomparable.... the care at this clinic is at a very high level. I will always be happy to come back.

Amicadent in Vinohrady is absolutely top notch for me. The clinic feels more like a modern boutique hotel than a dental office – a beautifully clean, luxurious environment where you immediately feel at ease. s depending on where I am. They always accommodate me with an appointment and everything works without stress. And now the best part: I literally fell asleep during the treatment there. Really. They had to wake me up so they could continue 😄. I think that says it all – their approach is so gentle and soothing that a visit to the dentist turns into a rest. I can only recommend Amicadent – professional, kind, funny and really great people.

Probably thanks to this, everything has been in perfect condition during check-ups for two years in a row - I come for a check-up, they perform hygiene and there is no need to treat anything🙏 The clinic is very pleasant, the level of cleanliness and hygiene is at a high level, the equipment is modern. The prices are reasonable and the staff is absolutely great - professional, helpful and always willing to help. I am extremely satisfied with the care and approach and I can definitely recommend this clinic🤗

. During a recent check-up, I was told that I had two cavities. I was not thrilled, but I took it as a fact that repair was necessary, and I made an appointment to treat the first - supposedly more difficult to access cavity on the 7th tooth on the upper left. I asked about the price in advance, I was told that it would be up to 3,500 CZK. However, after the treatment, I was charged 4,300 CZK, which surprised me very much. When I asked where the other cavity was after the procedure, I was told that it was on the 5th tooth on the top right. So I decided to find a different dentist to repair the second cavity. The new doctor took me in without any problems and after the examination and X-ray, she told me that she could not see any cavity on the tooth in question. To be sure, she also checked the other side - again without finding anything. She told me that my teeth were healthy and that she did not understand where the information about the cavity came from. So I contacted the original clinic. The receptionist then claimed that it was a different tooth than the one I was originally told. I was sent an X-ray, which I had reviewed by the new dentist and a third doctor - both agreed that the cavity was not visible on the image.

The examination was carried out directly by the doctor using a dental microscope, which allows for a detailed assessment of the condition of the tooth, with the X-ray image serving as an additional method. The price of the procedure was communicated in advance for guidance. The doctor always tries to inform patients about the price as accurately as possible in advance, and the final amount of CZK 4,132 was based on the actual scope of the treatment. We take your feedback as an incentive for even more careful communication. We are sorry if there was a misunderstanding in communication. We are happy to offer you the option of a personal consultation or a follow-up examination, during which the clinic manager will show you everything in detail and explain it calmly. A good clinic with modern equipment. The doctor works meticulously. The treatment is quite expensive. The doctor also encouraged me to get veneers, although restoration is an option.

I am very satisfied with the visit to the doctor, Ms. Yulia, and her assistant (unfortunately, I don't know her name). They are attentive to the patient, constantly asking if everything is okay, and of course, they are professionals in their field.

For me, this is clearly the most professional approach I have ever come across in dentistry. Seamless communication, they keep me informed about every step during the procedure, they always make sure the patient is comfortable and doesn't feel any pain. The doctor is constantly educating himself, so I know I am in the hands of a specialist. I am very satisfied and I definitely recommend him.

I had great experience with this clinic and especially with a doctor Yulia. The clinic is beautiful, clean and well equipped. My doctor’s checked every tooth with the microscope and carefully explained my treatment plant. My treated tooth looked like new on before/after pictures.
The dental hygienist was thorough and gentle, making the cleaning process comfortable and efficient. The doctor’s examination was very professional and informative.
