I had my teeth fixed at this clinic, and I can say that from the beginning, I was welcomed with warmth and kindness by the entire staff. Not only that, but they did a meticulous and professional job. A truly fantastic dental clinic in Durrës. The staff is incredibly friendly, very communicative, and very flexible with appointments. I felt extremely well cared for the entire time. The result was simply superb – I can wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to everyone!
My visit to Ami Dental in Durres was a total disaster. I was treated by a woman who showed no empathy or professionalism whatsoever. There was no sensitivity towards the patient whatsoever – just coldness and disrespect. f understanding. Instead of medical treatment, I experienced stress, pain and irritability. I can’t speak for the head doctor or the other staff, but if this woman represents the standard of this clinic, then I cannot recommend this place to anyone. No one deserves to be treated this way. I hope the management takes action and understands that a smile and a little respect for the patient are worth more than any modern equipment. Don’t risk your health and well-being in a place where there is no humane feeling. Very negative impression – I will never go back!
