I've been a patient for 5 years, and I've had complete faith in their work since day one. I started with routine procedures, then resin veneers, and now I've moved on to ceramic. I recommend! I visited from the US states from Cali, needed to get cleaning, and saw their social media and decided to give it a go! No regret. Overall great service, I felt comfortable from arriving to finishing. Much better prices than what cali orthodontist charge!!!

I had a root canal and then a crown. I'm very happy with the work; they're very professional. They have a machine that creates the crown in the clinic in less than an hour, which made the whole process much faster because we were able to complete the restoration and crown placement in the same day. I loved their service from beginning to end. Highly recommended!

Veneer Review What can I say, but I Absolutely Love My Veneers! I was very specific going in as to what I wanted my veneers to look like and Dr. Pedro listened and provided his professional expertise and the outcome is Amazing! He is very passionate about his work and his staff is very friendly. Would I do it again? Absolutely! Would I recommend Dental Innovation? Absolutely!

me the cost of a simple extraction was $2,000.00. Then they told me it would be $3,000.00 because "everything they do" is a surgical procedure. Okay, I trusted that I was going to a professional, safe, and honest place. That's why I agreed. But when I reviewed the reports I requested via WhatsApp, I realized I wasn't treated honestly. Of course, I'm not a dentist, and I didn't see my x-ray at the time, but my tooth was sticking out. I wasn't self-conscious about it; it was just a matter of removing it. But no problem ☺️ Maybe the periapical exam they did cost the other thousand pesos 😱🤗 There goes my tricky little tooth.

Fortunately, the procedure was performed by a surgeon and was extremely quick, which was beneficial to you due to the skill and experience of our specialist. Regarding the other issue, we will take it into account.
I'm very happy with the orthodontic treatment I'm receiving from them; the service is great and everyone is very friendly. Highly recommended.

I had a rotting tooth in the back of my mouth. I did my research and found dental innovations here in Playa del Carmen. I also always wanted to get braces but couldn’t afford them. nervous, she showed me so much compassion. She had to reach out to her co worker another friendly dentist (Dr. Pedro)that helped extract the tooth. She kept her hand on my shoulder and i became calm. They injected me with the numbing agent and extracted my tooth. It was totally painless and I felt relieved. The total was 1500 pesos which is $75 (USD). This included a assessment of my mouth. I asked about a end of the yeah special they had for venieres by the tooth, for 1800 pesos $90. I really want to have a beautiful smile but in my mind would not be able to afford braces. I thought I would would be satisfied with two new fake teeth (lol). They told me I had 8 cavities and really dirty teeth. I never had a tooth cleaning. They then took a look at my two front teeth and told me my teeth weren’t bad, how ever braces would be a better option. Of course asked about the price, they told me about 4 options. They have metal braces at no initial cost, you only pay for the control that is 750 pesos each visit. ($37) Ceramic braces have an initial cost of 6,000 pesos ($300) (paid in 2 parts) and controls 850 pesos ($40). Sapphire braces have an initial cost of 8,000 pesos ($400) (paid in 2 parts) and controls at 950 pesos ($48). Self-ligating metal braces have an initial cost of 10,000 pesos ($500) (paid in 2 parts) and monthly controls 950 pesos ($48). Self-ligating aesthetic braces have an initial cost of 12,000 pesos ($600) (paid in 2 parts) and controls at 950 pesos ($48). Invisalign simple case at 36 thousand pesos ($1,800) Invisalign complex case at 55,000 pesos ($2800). I was so excited and decided to go for it. From there they sent me down the street to have some X-rays done at Dentech. It was rapid I paid 630 pesos $30. They sent the scan to the dentist and my self via email. I have made another appointment to have my teeth cleaned and again with my compassion and patience Dr. Bermúdez cleaned my teeth. It took a bit over a hour. My smile changed dramatically. I was so impressed. That was 700 pesos $35. She did such a great job. From there she told me we have to get those cavities at the top filled before we go for the braces. I made another appointment and I went to that one. She started with the back and it was sensitive I was felt everything. She asked if I wanted Anesthetic and I said yes and she delivered. I felt nothing and she took care of all 4 small cavities at the top in about 1 hour. I had a cavity in my two front teeth and she mastered the fill. The price of the resin fill depends on the size of the cavity. I had 4 small ones. Small 650 pesos $32, medium 750 pesos $37 and large 850 $42. I got my top braces today by Dr. Maui orthodontist. it was so funny when I realized there is a Bermuda and a Maui they are so sweet! Dr. Maui is a Tiny lady she spoke English very well, she was incredible and a very wonderful sense of humor. She got my braces done in 30 minutes. I have to go back in 3 weeks for the bottom row. Overall my experience was more than five stars. This dental office is excellence from the work to the personnel and the very affordable prices. I can’t completely sum up into words how greatful I am to have them in my life for this new journey I feel so confident and very happy. Thank you Dr. Bermúdez, Dr. Maui and Dr. Pedro and to the assistants as well. Bravo!!!Great team.
