Excellent service! From the moment I scheduled the appointment via WhatsApp, I was very well received at reception by the secretaries 🌷 The dentist, Dr. Gabriela Brazil, was very attentive and competent. Thank you for the service 😊

The wait is quite long. It wasn't very clear what's charged separately or covered by the insurance plan. It's a small clinic, so they need to pay attention to the volume of people and the patient flow.
The best dental clinic in Recife, excellent professionals. The reception service is exceptional, especially by Andreia, who is always responsive to our requests. Dr. Amanda is wonderful, competent, and straightforward!!! I recommend their services and care!!!
I get my maintenance done by Dr. Amanda, and I absolutely love the way she works and explains the treatment so clearly that you can understand it… the girls, both at reception and the dental assistant, are wonderful, friendly, and polite; it's a very well-trained team. We, the patients, are treated with respect, attention, and individualized care. Communication is clear and transparent, clarifying all doubts. The clinic is equipped with modern equipment, ensuring safe procedures. The environment is welcoming, clean, and organized, conveying confidence and tranquility.
The communication is awful and the service isn't much better. They send information via WhatsApp that doesn't match what the clinic offers. You wait an hour to be seen only to be told they don't perform your procedure, even though they confirmed they did via WhatsApp. Furthermore, the clinic closes before 2 PM, so even if the receptionist is there and the clinic is open, you have to wait in the…

A cozy and friendly place, which completely eliminates any fear of the dentist! Impeccable service and incredible professionals! I am super happy and satisfied with my experiences and treatments. I highly recommend it!
I feel welcomed and safe from the scheduling to the post-appointment follow-up. Even though I live in the north zone, I go to the south zone because I know I'll find attentive and competent professionals there.

The service was awful. Every time I contacted them, they kept asking the same questions, which is very tiring. Furthermore, I arrived at the office and, literally, because of 4 minutes, they didn't see me and said someone else had come. In short, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
