Professionalism comes first, and humanity goes hand in hand. The people are exquisite, humble, hardworking, and excellent in their commitment and in life in general. We experienced this firsthand by staying at the family hotel 40 minutes from the sea, getting to know Dr. Flavjo better. It was also a very positive experience, 100% recommended! (Flight and airport taxi all included.)
I strongly advise against treatment at Alvital clinic in Tirana. Everything looked professional only until the payment was made. After arriving, it turned out that many of the previous arrangements were unclear or completely changed. severe pain and healing problems, while communication with the clinic became extremely difficult. My messages were answered briefly or ignored completely. I got the impression that the clinic is focused mainly on attracting foreign patients and making quick money rather than providing genuine medical care. There was no professional aftercare, no complete medical documentation, and no real responsibility taken for the treatment outcome. If I had to make the decision again, I would never choose this clinic. Anyone considering dental implants abroad should carefully research reviews and not be persuaded only by low prices.
I am very pleased with my experience at AlVital-Clinica Dentale Albania. The staff was very polite, professional and caring throughout the treatment. Doctor Flavjo and Doctor Oltjana showed a lot of patience and worked with a lot of dedication. Very clean and modern environment. I recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for quality dental care.
