. What impressed me most was their punctuality and organization. Appointments were always on time, communication was smooth, and there was full transparency around pricing with no surprises at any point. You can really feel that they care about their patients and maintain a very high standard of professionalism and customer service. It is not easy to find a dental clinic that combines expertise, honesty, efficiency and personal attention so well. Very satisfied with the overall experience and definitely a clinic I would gladly recommend to anyone looking for high quality dental care.

After a few months of treatment with Dr. Mihaylovska at AllDental, the result is fantastic to say the least. They put metal-ceramic crowns on me – comfortable, natural-looking, and I can finally eat normally and smile with peace of mind. Thank you, wonderful people!!!

The whole family visits the clinic and we are extremely satisfied! Dr. Mihaylovska is extremely attentive and kind. She works with both my children, 9 and 5 years old, and they are eagerly awaiting the next visit! I also use Dr. Toneva's orthodontic services and am extremely satisfied ❤️

I am very very disappointed! I was seriously misled by what was presented to me in the email compared to what I actually saw in person. The hygiene standards are really poor, the materials used are cheap, the equipment is old and outdated, and the people working there are not real dentists! I feel deceived and I definitely do not recommend this place.
Let me tell you what my impressions of this place are. First of all, this is not a dental clinic — don’t be misled! It’s actually a dental laboratory where they make crowns, bridges, and similar work from very cheap materials. n realized what was going on, several interns took turns examining me — one of them didn’t even know how to hold the suction tube properly. They tried multiple times (four, I think) to administer anesthesia so they could properly prepare the teeth and fit the dental crown, but the anesthesia never worked. It was obvious they were practicing on me and didn’t know where to inject it correctly. In the end, once I understood that the people working there were interns — and after they failed to provide the service I had paid for — I left, leaving them the deposit, which they refused to return.
I went for a tartar removal, which was painless and I was super satisfied, we also did a cavity removal. They didn't pressure me to do it right away and I liked that a lot. They are professional dentists and if I think about future visits and aesthetics, I will turn to them!

Yesterday I visited the office for a preventive examination and tartar removal. I was satisfied, the dentist did a good job, better than any other offices I have visited. h whitening. That says a lot about how confident I am in their work. They made a great impression, and I fully trust them with my dental care. The atmosphere is calm, communication is easy (they speak excellent English), and the quality of care is top-level. The prices are also very reasonable considering the high standard. t estimate that turned out to be 100% accurate. They seemed the most professional and responsive. We arranged the visit, and I came to Sofia for two weeks to complete the treatment. Everything was done very professionally. The doctor was excellent, and all staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. One crown was redone three times, even though I personally wouldn’t have noticed any issue — they simply cared a lot about quality. Great value for money. I will definitely come back if I need dental work again. Highly recommended.
