An excellent option with high-quality service. The office is clean, the waiting area is pleasant, it's easily accessible by road, and parking is available. The service is excellent. I think they should improve their appointment punctuality, as sometimes the wait is too long.

I requested an appointment with a pediatric dentist. I was given an appointment with the doctor, and at first everything seemed fine; the facilities were nice. The dentist's care was unprofessional, as from my point of view, she performed the orthodontic procedure without any basis, refusing even to review the clinical studies to compare them with the patient's physical condition.

Hello Mr. Juan Carlos, I'm sorry you rated your experience that way, but the studies you brought us are from two years ago. Studies should be recent for a better evaluation, especially since your son is still growing. If you expected to have orthodontic treatment done on your first visit with studies from two years ago, especially with indications for third molar extractions before treatment, believe me, we are not your best option. We work ethically and will always look after the overall health of our patients.

Excellent service! I've been a patient of Dr. Montserrat for four years. She has always resolved any problem I've had, whether it's an implant, filling, crown, mouthguard, or cleaning. No matter the challenge, her service is top-notch. I highly recommend her.

DOCTOR MONSE DEFINITELY SEEMS LIKE SHE BOUGHT THE DENTIST TITLE, she did some work on my grandmother and after 3 and a half months a tooth broke on one of the 2 plates and the warranty was NOT covered, 6 months after the initial work was finished (cost 50 thousand pesos) one of the plates BROKEN in two and of course IT WAS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY, if you want a very deficient and expensive…

I didn't have a good experience; my dental work wasn't finished, the doctor didn't follow up with me afterward, and to this day I don't know how it's possible that my tooth still hurts after a root canal. I was completely disappointed.
