Thanks to their patience, sensitive approach and high professionalism, they managed it not only very well, but also surprisingly quickly. My mother is extremely satisfied today - to be honest, she did not even hope that the result could be like this. The most important thing is that she does not regret her decision at all. I would also like to encourage anyone who may be hesitating or postponing a visit to the dentist - definitely go. It makes sense. I definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who is afraid of the dentist. When I tried to explain this, the lady immediately interrupted me and asked me in a condescending tone, "where did I get the idea" that I needed this particular procedure. The entire conversation was conducted in an unpleasant, even arrogant spirit. I felt as if I had to apologize for even existing and bothering them. From a clinic that presents itself as a top-notch and professional workplace, I expect a completely different approach to a patient in pain. Because of this behavior, I have lost all trust in this clinic.
If I had to choose a dentist again, I would go to Tetiana Shyian again without hesitation. From the first examination to the final result, I experienced maximum professionalism, precision and a human approach. t side, the 7th tooth, was considered problematic and a root canal was suggested. During the root canal process, 3 DRILLS were broken and left in the tooth!!! Subsequently, a tooth extraction was suggested. This was undertaken by "doctor" Andrea Mrva! Who pulled the tooth in a roundabout way and laughed that it shouldn't be done like that.. Then after the tooth was pulled out, DENTANA HYGIENE was suggested, I repeat, after the tooth was pulled out, before the wound healed, which of course led to infection and then scraping the wound with another surgical procedure in the hospital, where metal objects were removed from the wound - drills. We are currently in the hands of absolute specialists in London, but when they saw the news of what happened at this clinic and what procedure was done, everyone was left with a huge misunderstanding of how it could have been possible.. No, Mr. Medzihradsky, Mr. Mrva, we didn't just take you to London, but because what happened to you, no one in Slovakia can put it together anymore! And we are only now finding out thanks to experts - how uneducated you are, how much information and knowledge you lack! Ignorance of tooth extraction Dr. Mrva, no bite cast before extraction, no expert opinion, no X-rays of what happens when two teeth are pulled at once, dislocation of the jaw, broken drills, hygiene after tooth extraction and when you can no longer cope with the pain, will you suggest a neurologist?! We have all the reports and records kept.. in case something is needed.. I need to do the right thing and WARN people in advance so they know what they are getting into when they go to you! Your statement that I have never been your patient is also interesting, because I have been to you for procedures, both for dental hygiene and for teeth whitening! I still have a record of procedures even though I requested a card from you! Which is further proof of what you are and the reputation you deserve!

Medzihradský. This procedure was a big step for me, and that is why I wanted to entrust it to an experienced doctor. I felt in good hands the whole time. I also really appreciate the work of the laboratory team - the crowns were made within 24 hours, while my main requirement was the natural appearance of the teeth. They guarantee that the patient will get to the dentist at the time they are booked, as a result of which they do not finish their work with quality and properly as it should be. If something occurs during a dental procedure that requires longer time than they expected, they start to get nervous that they already have another patient and they will slouch. Definitely do not go there if you do not want them to ruin your functional teeth.
