Terrible service, as the clinic refuses to schedule an evaluation to determine the necessary procedure. The receptionist's service was awful. Petulant and arrogant!

A sign that everything was done with great care. And I can't fail to mention that Cris, the receptionist, is also an incredible person to deal with. In short, I quickly created a very healthy and pleasant bond with this team, and they won't get rid of me so easily...hahahaha I'm even taking my children to be treated at Allegra now. I highly recommend them!!!!

She didn't recommend anyone, the secretary was unfriendly and unwelcoming. I believe that because it's through the plan, they treat us with indifference. The doctor who did the root canal through the plan said she wouldn't close my tooth under the plan, it would only come out with a temporary filling. before. But it would have been better to have it done by my dentist who would have done my root canal privately for 450.00 and put in resin to close it. Now I'm going back to my dentist who will put in the resin filling under my plan. Very disappointed!! They treat us very badly because it's through the plan.

Cristiane, I imagine you must have been saddened by this situation. We spoke with our team to adjust some procedures and clarify some information, especially regarding health insurance providers. There are rules, and they need to be followed by us and by patients as well. Our clinic is not accredited by health insurance companies to perform restorative treatments. I'm glad you were able to resolve the issue with the tooth restoration. I apologize and wish you success in future treatments.

I've been a patient of Dr. Jean for many years. I trust his excellent work; he's always careful about the patient's well-being and explains the procedures clearly.
