Staffs here are very helpful and are always ready to answer when there are questions. They are friendly as well. Treatment here is also good and advanced.

PAH Dental care customer service and cashier dept Ms Teh Khee Keok given excellent service, patience's in explanation and good follow up for my case Onlay Dental. Much appreciate and my compliments to her great work.
Did dental surgery. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Great service overall. Recommended.
I met with Dr. Nicholas Yuan and was very satisfied with his service. He was very thorough and patient with my dental issues. I will see Dr. Nicholas again in two months for a follow-up. I recommend Dr. Nicholas.

I’m undertaking a dental treatment at PAH & since I’m using braces here, am visiting dental department every 6 weeks All the staffs are friendly & helpful & I’m under Dr Peter & his nurses care.

The service here is excellent and the prices are reasonable. The doctors, nurses, and receptionists are all fantastic.

The treatment given by the dentist were all good and explainatory.
I had two recent visits for a restorative dental procedure and crowning installation. On 12 Feb, my appointment was scheduled at 12:00pm. I arrived at 11:58am but was only attended much later, with billing time reflecting 1:15pm. d be on time. Unfortunately, I still had to wait because the previous patient overran. This nearly caused me to miss an important business commitment. On 24 Feb, I returned for the crown installation. Dr Edric Yeap was professional and handled the procedure well — credit to him for his service. However, I was charged another RM8 registration fee for this follow-up visit. This was never disclosed during my first visit when I made full payment for the treatment plan. I was told I only needed to return for installation, yet no mention was made about repeated administrative charges. When I requested to provide feedback, I was directed to scan a QR code which did not work and redirected to advertisements. I had to approach customer relations, and even then the process was inconvenient. Overall, while the dentist was professional, the administrative handling, transparency on charges, and appointment punctuality were disappointing. Patients deserve clear communication and respect for their time.
