Fantastic service. Clear, concise explanation of the procedure, capable and expert handling of the surgical extraction with no pain right during or after. Will definitely be returning for my implants when I'm able.

ed some old crowns examined and he was able to give me a good consult advise on long term care and take care of my issue same day. I also received a cleaning. Prices were fair and disclosed ahead of time. The had better tech and tools than my previous American dentist.

I traveled from Los Angeles for an appointment and it was a great experience. I appreciated how friendly they were and the quality of their work. I was nervous because it was my first time in Tijuana, but everything went very well.

This is an excellent group of dental professionals from receptionists to CT X-Ray technicians to dental assistants to dentists to surgeons. Their equipment is state of the art, and my surgeon today leveraged the technology to efficiently and competently implant an anchor in my lower jaw bone. in Mexico, and traveling there is very easy from Los Angeles or San Diego. There also is an airport there, and all of the major hotel chains are in TJ. The difference in cost between a similar dental practice in a major U. S. city and Advanced Smiles for the same services I received today paid for the travel, lodging and meals with money left over.

Outstanding customer service! All the staff take care of the customer from the minute you walk in. Services are professional with state of the art technology and procedures. Dr. Alejandra is fantastic! She explains all the work and makes sure the patient is comfortable.

n appointment for an in person exam and possible treatment. My patient coordinator Diana made the process very easy. She promply anwered all my questions as they came up . She also arranged for transportation to the dental office from San Diego International Airport and booked a nice hotel for me that was close by. Apon arrival at the dental office I was greeted by a friendly staff and a modern dental setting. I met Dr. Julian who conducted the exam. The attention to detail as well as my wants and needs was refreshing. After the exam I was given several treatment options which could begin as soon as the next day. We agreed on a treatment plan and another appointment was made for the next day. My treatment was going to be extensive. I was to have multiple teeth pulled and 6 implants installed. I met with Dr Julian and his staff the next morning. The surgery went perfectly. The anesthesiologist, the assistants and Dr Julian performed their work flawlessly. I was back at the hotel resting comfortably by the afternoon. I had a follow up appointment the next day to examine the temporary teeth that had be placed and I was cleared to go home. Despite the swelling, I already liked my smile more than I had in years. I returned to Advanced Smiles 3 more time Over the course of the next 5 months to complete the treatment. Each time went very smoothly with the help of Diana and the excellent care of Dr Julian. The Rio area, where Advanced Smiles is located is nice, and is safe to walk around and explore. I tried several different hotels and found many good restaurants. I actually started looking forward to my dentist appointments (who has ever said that?). In the end I couldn't be any more pleased with the results. Everything about my experience is 5 star. Dr. Julian and his staff are miracle workers in my opinion. I really felt they had a family like interest in the finished product. I'm looking forward to continuing all future dental needs with Advanced Smiles.

I had the honor of being worked on by Dr Alejandra Flores, who is a master of her craft yet comes across as very humble and caring. I specifically requested Dr Flores because she is named specifically in many of the real Advanced Smiles reviews on the web and her work looks like that of a true artist. I can personally attest to the accuracy of those reviews because Dr Flores was kind, patient, and warm when dealing with me and my loads of emotional baggage. Her craft-work was just as excellent as her personality and demeanor because I can gratefully say that I am no longer ashamed to smile anymore. You can’t put a price on that, yet ASD’s prices are upfront, transparent, and a great value. This is a huge plus because as an American, we are usually more scared of price-gouging bills than the actual pain of the procedure. I had lots of work done so I requested an IV sedation to reduce my stress levels. Dr Denise was just as understanding and gentle as Dr Flores. Another master of her craft, I didn’t feel or even remember anything. I would highly recommend this option if you’re as stressed and nervous as I was. Fortunately, the front office staff left a terrific first impression with their kindness and understanding from the get-go. Special shoutout to Carol and Diana who are superstars and deserve a raise. Matter of fact, everyone in the office was genuinely warm, patient, and kind, especially all of the Dental Hygienists. The environment on the whole was soothing, professional, and spotlessly clean. Even the choice of music, aromas, and plants helped to soothe my frazzled nerves. If I could go back to my younger self and give myself advice, I would say to make an appointment ASAP because there is nothing to fear. You’ll be in good hands at ADS and their gentleness and technical precision is unmatched in my experience with dental offices. Thank you to everyone at ADS and I am very grateful to all of you!

This place is possibly the best experience I have had with dentists. The staff and doctors are so welcoming and knowledgeable, you are treated with kindness and respect and at the end you are not another number or being hurried through a procedure. The utmost care is care is taken. They are very affordable and I would highly recommend them anytime anywhere.

I remember starting a new job, and I had to keep rescheduling. scheduled appointment as I tried to come to an understanding rather than an argument. Out of all the time's I had went to this establishment it's been nothing, but quality service especially with young professionals. My coworkers/friends had recommended and still recommends this dental office although I had a different experience I would have kept returning.

I've been going to this dentist for three years. Dr Alejandra Flores is one of the best dentist i've ever had. I've had two implants done with her and that experience, while super traumatic on its own, was made less so by Dr Flores and her team. If they offer you the gas, do it, it's worth it. , courteous, and helpful, like miles above and beyond. One time i got stuck in the street with no parking and one of the front staff moved her car so i could park. They also help with insurance paperwork if you want to make a claim to US insurance. Regarding the costs comparisons with US, i think it's probably about the same. For me, it's more about the quality and care, and i believe this dentist office is better than what i had in the US.
