Your case today falls under the category of a third-grade child tooth extraction, and two teeth were extracted. The teeth weren't loose yet, but half of their roots were being pushed by the permanent teeth. Therefore, our dentist had to be extra careful with both his skills and materials to ensure that the extracted roots didn't break and that none were left behind. This could interfere with the growth of your permanent teeth. Your treatment happened to be on a 17% discount today, with the following details: 2 baby teeth extraction x 500,000 = 1,000,000 - 17% discount, becoming Rp830,000. 🙏🏻 That concludes our explanation. Edited response: The admin responded quickly via WhatsApp. Any issues were handled promptly. July 1st - First visit. Two teeth were filled. They were informed that there was a one-month guarantee, so you could return free of charge if there were any issues. Second visit. The filling on one painful tooth was removed. However, because it took so long to remove it, they ended up having to get a temporary filling, which cost 200,000 Rupiah. They would then have an X-ray and then come back. July 22nd - I had an X-ray and took a photo for the admin so they could consult with the dentist. There were no issues with the tooth on the X-ray. July 29th - Third visit. The temporary filling was removed and a permanent filling was installed (the warranty is still free for one month from the first filling). We'll monitor her for the next 3-4 days and see if she has any complaints about her teeth. Thank you, ADA Dental team.

Hello friend. We apologize for the inconvenience. We have re-traced your visit and treatment. Because it was previously informed that there was an inconvenience with the filling and requested that it be repaired, the admin rescheduled it for 1 week because it was assumed that the bite of the filling was uncomfortable and not due to pain. And because your friend was fine on July 8th, the admin immediately helped reschedule. On July 15th, the doctor wanted to see an x-ray first that because of the toothache you felt, an x-ray was needed to see the condition of the tooth root, if not needed then the tooth filling could be done immediately.
