It was one of those moments when you feel like you're in family; everyone is so concerned and helpful, finding time to help, even outside of work and late at night. We were absolutely thrilled with everything. We're German residents and have now begun treatment and prosthetics at this wonderful clinic. We love coming to Yerevan; it's like coming home. Unfortunately, I came to this clinic with a very difficult situation – there wasn't much left of my teeth, and they needed serious work: redoing treatments from other doctors, endodontics, total orthodontics, and implants. By that time, I had almost lost my trust in dentists. But it was here that they restored it. They didn't just fix my teeth – they saved them. Even those that other clinics recommended removing due to cysts were saved here. I want to especially mention the doctors. Dr. Naira is attentive, kind, and genuinely interested in the outcome. Dr. Emin is an excellent endodontist and a true professional. And, of course, Dr. Paruyr has a gift for teeth. Thanks to his work, my teeth look as natural and aesthetically pleasing as possible – the results exceeded all expectations. I also want to highlight his "light touch": all procedures, including the implantation, were extremely comfortable, and the recovery was smooth and without complications. They say doctors aren't gods, but some are, like Dr. Nancy... This is one of those times when you search and find everything in one place. During pregnancy, I started having pain in a tooth under a crown. It was inflammatory and had a cyst, but I was taking medications that prevented us from extracting the tooth, plus I was 33 weeks pregnant. Thanks to Dr. Nancy and her professionalism, I was able to have the tooth treated without harming the pregnancy.

On August 1, 2025, I brought my 5-year-old daughter to Dr. Ani for pulpitis treatment. The doctor immediately placed a permanent filling without removing the nerve. The gum pain persisted after the procedure, and on August 8, my child's cheek became swollen. Instead of opening the filling in a timely manner, Dr. Ani and her colleague gave me a pain-relieving injection, but didn't perform the procedure and referred me to another doctor, who mistakenly assumed it was an inflammation of the salivary gland. Only later, an ultrasound revealed that the swelling was related to a complication from dental treatment. Despite obvious signs of a problem, Dr. Ani insisted everything was fine, that there was no need to open the filling, and merely recommended rinsing. Ultimately, I had to seek help at another center, where they opened the filling, confirmed the inflammation, and, unfortunately, the tooth had to be extracted due to perforation. The swelling subsided immediately after the extraction. I contacted the clinic's management, but instead of an apology and compensation (the treatment cost 35,000 dram), all I heard was attempts to prove their case. I want to warn parents: don't trust Dr. Anya with anything more complicated than brushing your children's teeth.
