I went there for emergency, high fever. They were kind but they couldn’t establish vascular access. The nurses seemed very insecure and like they didn’t know how to do. 2 of them were whispering in their language about how to access. They put the needle and it hurt so much. They were scared more from my reactions. I decided not to have it at the end. An emergency clinic should make the clients…

Incompetent staff who only rip you off for money. They quote a different price every time. Outrageous.

and wait indefinitely to be seen, and clearly had no intention to follow through on their assurances. Totally wasted my time when they could have just been honest from the get-go and told me not to come.

Attentive and neat staff. They provided first-class assistance in treating wounds. The first time, they selected an antibiotic that was able to suppress the infection. Special thanks for the doctor’s attentiveness - thanks to this, internal damage was found, which is why the treatment started on time was quick.
I had really unpleasant Bali belly symptoms and these guys came straight to my villa and hooked up an IV infusion + medication for me to take. The staff were so sweet and gentle and I felt very well cared for. They even brought me a massive bottle of water at my request. Already feeling better mere hours after my treatment. I’m so grateful 🙏🏼
Excellent service! Doctors were super thorough and treated me with a lot of patience and care. The treatment for Bali belly worked really well and helped me recover super fast.
They treated me extremely well for a balibelly infection. Highly recommended! Super efficient. Be prepared with international medical insurance or travel insurance, as the full treatment with IVs containing antibiotics, probiotics, stomach protectors, multivitamins, etc. (up to seven intravenous medications) plus the subsequent 5-day course of pills costs over 500 euros.
They provided quick and caring assistance when I was ill! I recommend them.
