Incredible service. A true lifesaver. Quick and easy contact via WhatsApp. Very helpful and friendly. Within 15 minutes, a doctor and a nurse were in my hotel room. I had Bali belly, a severe bacterial infection. Unfortunately, I couldn't get to a hospital, so it was fantastic that they came to me. I went to this clinic with my insurance after suffering from food poisoning. I was greeted by a friendly woman at reception, who gave me some paperwork to fill out and sign. Next, I was taken to an office where the doctor examined me, asked about all my symptoms, and then decided to administer an IV. The doctor gave me dietary recommendations and gave me some tablets to take for several days for nausea, diarrhea, digestion, and an antibiotic to relieve intestinal spasms. They explained how many days to take them and how to take them. The doctor and nurse were very polite and friendly. While they were administering the IV (about an hour and a half), the nurse kept coming in and checking on me. She covered me with a blanket because I was shivering and had a slight fever, and gave me some water. After I was released from the clinic, they kept contacting me on WhatsApp for a few days to check on my condition. It's best to have insurance, as this treatment cost me 8 million rupees, which is 50,000 rubles in our money. But thank God, my insurance company covered it all. I also recommend always bringing your medications with you, especially Polesorb, charcoal, and Enterosgel. It's never a bad idea.

Came in with very bad stomach pain and vomiting/diarrhoea presumably Bali belly. They were very helpful and explained everything well. Feeling a lot better after just one day.

THIS PLACE IS ONE BIG SCAM. I attended an appointment to obtain a prescription for Xanax to help me cope with my anxiety in Bali. The ‘doctor’ advised that I would be able to use this prescription at Kimia Farma pharmacies. I went to all Kimia Farmas within the Canggu area & they were all out of stock, apparently there’s a supply shortage for Kimia Farmas (which the doctor would’ve been aware of).…

I did however encounter some pharmacies that sell Xanax without a prescription for 500k which is apparently the ‘non’-prescription price. The regular price from Kimia Farma is 158k. The ‘consultation’ I received was 250k & it was probably one of the most pointless things I’ve ever done. This guy isn’t a doctor. The morning after the appointment he messages me to try & sell me some Xanax at the non-prescription price of 500k, what an utter joke! He also deletes the messages in the thread detailing where he’s from. Such a dodgy establishment. Stay well clear!

The sale of xanax drugs must use a doctor's prescription because the drug is included in the psychotropic group. And doctors cannot give the drug freely. Can you tell us which pharmacy sells the drug without a doctor's prescription to you?
Unfortunately, I had a very bad night and vomited profusely, until I was just sick of blood. Afterwards, I was taken to this small practice. Everyone was very kind and helpful, and I felt safe. I'm a nurse myself and I thought the work was good. Of course, there are differences compared to home, but the work was done hygienically and properly. I would be treated there again.
