Good service at the clinic. Go for root canel, end up the doctor advices not to do the procedure because the crack serious, suggest to extract the crack tooth. They used procedure and micro scope to check my crack tooth. Total cost 750Rm, it worth it to spend this amount, otherwise follow up the root canal procedure cost few thousand and end up need to extract the crack tooth.
The dental nurses and dentist are very caring . Great service! What i like the dentist about is that she have great paitence, gentle and knowledge in guidings for teeth care as well as explaining the proceedure thats going to be done. Thank you!!!
Went Dr Ron for 2nd opining after I had painful gum last week and being told I need to do RC or extract my molar. Guess what...after Dr Ron' checked, it's just my gum issue, no need RC. He is always patience and always give me assurances. Love going Dr Ron for spa treatment, he is very thorough and gentle. Everyone is the clinic is super friendly and helpful. Thanks Dr Ron and the team.

Excellent customer service. The dental was very friendly, patient and helpful in solving our teeth problem. In an addition, they alwayls follow up the customer the next day. It's really good service indeed.

friend and examined my teeth. Afterward, he cleaned my teeth. I'm a total dread of teeth cleanings, and I've had some disappointing experiences. But from the moment Dr. Reuben started, I felt pleasurable and comfortable. It was truly different. Great! And his assistant was just as great!
One of the best experience I had for checking and scaling. Doctor Reuben will ensure my teeth are in good hands as he guide and explain what he is doing next. He is gently yet meticulous in checking. Money well spend. Highly recommended.

As for my mother, she needed an implant, but based on her conditions, the dentist offered her alternatives which we found to be helpful and timely. Both the dentists are genuinely compassionate, they care for their patients. Checked on the post-treatment and asked about our past (horrifying) dental experiences. As Singaporeans and having been visiting dentists here locally, i can vouch that a.b.c dental in JB Malaysia are a class apart. Exemplary services at affordable fixed rates. Their services are transparent with no hidden costs. The entire clinic environment is hygienic, clean and conducive for patient care. The dental assistants are equally caring and warm. Nothing is imposed on you. No hard-selling either. And they never frighten you with unnecessary treatments which require surgeries. They explain the conditions and consequences and allow us to sleep on it before we commit to the treatment if need be. Fixing the appointment was an easy breeze. Driving down to the place is convenient too. By far this is the best dental experience we have had. Thank you, doctors, assistants and the rest of the staff for taking great care of us. 1 yr ago through telephone Dr caren assured me that she can removed my ring on my cracked tooth and do a crown for me. Very professional, young and skillful Dentist. Since then I have always returned to this clinic with my family:).
