d helpful, I can't even describe it. Their professional approach to checking on our condition after the procedure is amazing. The environment is very spacious and hygienic; you just sit in the dentist's chair, and they take care of the rest. I didn't even feel the implant, which was my worst nightmare, and my wife's wisdom tooth, which required surgical intervention, was extracted without any problems. The best clinic in the world 😍 We all accumulate a lot of dental experiences over the years. And they're usually negative. Dr. Abdullah made me stop being afraid of dentists. Everything was very meticulous. And he worked until I achieved the exact result I was 100% satisfied with (I was getting a Hollywood smile). As someone with dental problems, I had been to every clinic in Antalya and finally met Dr. Abdullah at Abay Dental. I have never seen such a clean, friendly, and dedicated dentist. We went to Abay Dental Clinic on the recommendation of a relative, and we were completely dissatisfied. refused. They said the burn was normal and happened all the time. We believed them. They said it would go away within a week. It's been 24 days and they still haven't healed. We're dealing with the pain of the burn more than the pain of the surgery. They never seemed embarrassed. We said, "Okay, now that the damage has been done, let's continue with our other treatments." We gave it a try. It's impossible to understand what the secretary is saying on the phone; they have no information system. Communication is impossible. The system is chaotic. The doctor was unavailable that day, and he's unavailable the next. We were left feeling utterly humiliated. I won't continue this process for myself or my wife, and I don't recommend it, and I won't refer anyone to this clinic. I believe that searching elsewhere would be a better choice for you.

After reading this contradictory comment in its entirety, we have no choice but to assume it is either fake or maliciously written. Below, we will list our statements to prove this assumption to our esteemed readers and to you: -First of all, the material you refer to as the "metal part" of the surgical aspirator, which is your main argument, does not have a metal part. A surgical aspirator is a vacuum system used to draw saliva and blood from the mouth. The inside of your mouth, the part extending to your lips and chin, is made of a moldable plastic material. The aspirator hose, connector, and tip (as you mentioned) do not have a working principle that would cause them to heat up or even leave sores in your mouth. We are astonished that a simple vacuum procedure we have been performing for years has been met with such an irrational and illogical comment. - -Secondly, let's talk about the treatment. We provided you with quality healthcare, Ms. Irem. As everyone knows, some treatments in healthcare involve deformations and a healing process. The procedure performed on your husband was the surgical removal of a tooth that was very close to the mandibular nerve and embedded in the jawbone with retention. These types of operations are quite difficult and can cause wounds in the mouth afterward. This is, of course, not a desirable outcome, but it is a COMPLICATION. It is a wound that can heal. There are countless examples in the literature. We would also like to point out that the biggest complication that can occur after such operations is nerve damage. We successfully performed the procedure and completed it without any nerve damage. Finally, the doctor who performed this procedure is not an outside doctor; he is our expert oral, dental, and maxillofacial surgeon within our clinic. -Thirdly, let's talk about the appointment. We have an appointment scheduling system. Everything is recorded. We scheduled an appointment for you on Friday, July 11th at 12:00 PM. Your wife came to our clinic on Thursday, July 10th around 6 PM. We told her that her appointment was the next day, but that we could help, but she said it was no problem and that she would come tomorrow, and she never came back to the clinic. According to feedback from our assistants, when our assistants tried to schedule an appointment for your wife, you intervened and scheduled the appointment yourself. From this, we assume there is a lack of communication between you and your wife. -Finally, we at Abay Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic are solution-oriented, and this will remain so as long as we exist. For this reason, on Friday, July 17th, our clinic's founder, Dr. Abdullah Abay, called you and expressed his desire to speak with you, understand the situation, and find a solution. Your response was, "What happened? It seems my writings bothered you; I must have achieved my goal." This was a reassuring answer that explained your purpose to us. We conduct our work professionally with our experienced doctors and friendly team, without compromising on any of the principles science has taught us. All our patients, including your relative who recommended us, are aware of the high-quality healthcare we provide. Patients who research us and want to receive treatment will realize this both on social media and when they come to our clinic.
A clinic you can go to with confidence. First and foremost, our doctor, Abdullah Bey, and Mr. Nuri Bey are excellent professionals with kind personalities.
