Terrible service. This morning they put in a screw, and I called this afternoon because I'm in so much pain that it's radiating to my ear. They told me they don't have a doctor available to see me until 10 am tomorrow. This is the kind of poor service this clinic provides.
I'm giving them five stars because there's nothing more to give them. They're a great team, exceptional from the reception and care, to the treatments and subsequent checks to make sure everything is perfect and in its right measure and place. I'm a regular client and always leave delighted. Hayde is a great professional, friendly, and makes you feel at home. She performed the treatment with great care and dedication, which gave me a lot of confidence. It was definitely a very positive experience. The treatment is excellent and the clinic atmosphere is very pleasant.

This dental clinic is a disgrace, unprofessional and very informal. I absolutely do not recommend it; it's the worst I've ever seen.

We regret your review, but we cannot accept the image it portrays of our clinic, as it does not reflect reality. You arrived 40 minutes late for your appointment, and despite this, our team tried to assist you and offer a solution. The clinic offered to reschedule the assessment and treatment for another time, as it was not possible to perform the procedure immediately without disrupting the care of other patients. Your response to this situation was inappropriate, showing a lack of respect towards the doctor and the reception staff. We understand your dissatisfaction, but this does not justify either the tone used in the clinic or a review that misrepresents the facts.
This neighborhood clinic is a disgrace. Completely unprofessional, they never answer the phone and never have appointments available. It's so sad. Clinics like this shouldn't exist in big cities. It's a disgrace; nobody should go there.

I've always felt very well treated at Abaden, with transparency and professionalism. Dr. Mar, Jordi, Inma, Esther, and the whole team are excellent and make you feel right at home. That's why they've been my dentists for so many years.
Surreal experience with this dentist. I responded to an offer for a free consultation because I'm not satisfied with my current treatment. So I'm looking for another dentist to fix my teeth. It turns out that after speaking with them, they're asking for €45 for this supposedly free consultation. o thank you to the team that did my dental cleaning and the cleaning team who do their best to keep everything clean and tidy. A real thank you to the team of professionals and to my colleague Pol, who I remember was doing his internship and was very attentive during my second dental cleaning before the operation :) It's a pleasure to go to a place with a team like this, and I don't know why... But I've been very curious to learn about this area of dentistry, dental cleaning, and dental surgery. First time at the clinic, great treatment, professional from the moment you walk in the door. Both the assistant and the doctor were 10/10, and they resolved my discomfort without any problems. I can finally say I have a dentist I can trust.

I'm very disappointed with this clinic. Communication with patients is poor—messages are responded to with significant delays, sometimes within a day or two. The orthodontist only sees patients once a week, which constantly delays treatment. When I got braces, they assured me it would take a maximum of eight months. y results. Every time, I hear the same excuse: "It's the same for everyone; it's just a long process." It feels like they just want to keep patients coming and paying for their treatments as long as possible. Instead of genuinely caring about the outcome, they endlessly prolong the process and are indifferent. I'm very sorry I chose this clinic. I don't recommend it.
